Hello everyone.
I just started the beginers stretch routine 5 days ago.
I find myself looking forward to it with great enthusiasm each day.
My main goal is length but would also like some added girth.
Jelqing is quite awkward i find so i ordered a Bathmate 2 days ago.
Can't wait to try it.
Hoping that between the two I will get some nice results.
I plan on waiting 1 month before i re measure as i don't want to be dissapointed and get discouraged.
bpfl (not stretched) 3.25 in.
fg 4 in.
bpel 5 in.
eg 4.75 in.

I recommend you wait until you are conditioned before you start pumping, and try jelqing for now, it may need some getting used to at first, view the demonstration video and description here.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

I'll try and wait a bit if I can lol.
I plan on going pretty easy with it for the first while and concentrate mostly on the stretches.

i know that pumping is going to be very tempting. But, as MrB8 said, conditioning your dick first may make the pumping more effective in the long run. Many find that the JP90 routine is very effective in the beginning.
