BPEL: 7"
EG:6.1"
Hello everyone, I started PE about 2 weeks ago because of the leftward bend my erection has. Im only 19 and this bend was the result of masturbating without lube all the time. From 2 weeks of PE already, my EQ has increased by at least 20%. And the girth on my penis has evened out. I'm happy with the girth I have and I am trying to focus on length. The bend I have on my penis affects how hard I get. It is a bend at the base of penis that makes it bend mostly left/down. Is there any specific thing besides stretching/warming up to help my bend? I have been doing JP's 90 routine, without the jelqing, and it has been helping with my overall EQ. It's amazing how much information is on this site.
2 Questions
1. Exercises to do in my routine that focus on length?
2. Exercises to do to fix bend?
Thanks, Hope my progress shows in the next few months.

Don't miss this thread!!
And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and focus on safety.
Congrats on starting your PE journey with JP90 and on the improvements, keep at it and you will be pleasantly surprised!
There is nothing wrong with having a curve, it can be used to stimulate erogenous zones during intercourse, but if you insist on straightening it out, the following thread will be of help.

To answer your questions:
1. Focus on stretches and jelq at a low erection level.
2. After you complete JP90, jelq against the curve, take a look at the following threads for more information.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hey Rodman!
Welcome to the Gym.
Good information above. After you complete the JP 90 program, you may want to look into using an extender. Both SizeGenetics and X4Labs claim to be capable of straightening bends.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Hello jrodman95, and welcome!
For now, starting slowly and modifying a beginner routine like MrB8 suggested, or starting with an extender like not2big says is your best bet.
There are some advanced exercise that may help, but it best to save those until you get conditioned, and have a bit more experience.
Either way, it will take some time, so as with all PE, be patient. Good luck and glad to have you with us.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Do the conditioning routine like JP90 or PESG first and then work on length specifically/your curve.
