    Hi PEGym,

    I'm here for one clear goal, to fix my ED. I am certainly not the biggest downstairs, so maybe I would continue after I can keep a strong erection, but for now I really only want to focus on that.

    I haven't always had ED, in my teens and early 20s I was fine, but over time my erections got weaker, and it's been a constant issue ever since I started having sex, which is demoralising. I have been lucky to have been in a relationship with a couple of very beautiful and loving women and to get to the point where you are both warmed up and want to give them some more pleasure but physically cannot is awful, especially when they start wondering if it's something they had done wrong (even with the "it's not you, it's me" and the explanation why doesn't put them completely at ease).

    I've known about PEGym for a long time, and have tried some of the exercises before. I hope I can get help turning commitment into getting the exercises right. Thanks for reading.

    Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, you may start with a light routine like PESG's or build up to a more intense beginner's routine such as JP90.


    Jelqing and stamina exercises like regular and reverse kegels and edging do help treat various forms of ED, improve penile health and increase EQ in addition to a bonus in size gains!

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Cheers MrB8. I'll leave the jelqing alone for now, but the mindset and kegels stuff should help. Is it advisable to do both kegels and reverse kegels when starting out? I'm duff at the regular ones, maybe I'll find the reverse ones easier.

    Yes it is recommended that you do both regular and reverse kegles to balance and strengthen your pelvic floor!

    If there's one thing I regret doing is jelqs when I first got into PE... it may not sound/seem like a good idea ZXS but even going for 5 minutes 4 or 5 times a week and adding a minute will demolish what your teenage EQ was. I'm barely in my 20s and after my first month of jelqs (part of JP90) my EQ went from 8ish (what i call an 8 now) to a 10 everytime I have sex and 9 almost 10 when I'm measuring or edging.

    After sex and ejaculation I'm rock hard and my gf says it feels like a glass rod... just some friendly advice it'll boost your EQ greatly with kegals and RKs..

    If you don't over do it, and if you use a light/moderate grip, jelqing is very helpful, squeezing too hard is not.

    welcome! how old are you? ED can be caused by low testosterone which can be corrected by TRT. go to your doctor and get a blood test to see if your testosterone is normal.

    Wow, what a welcome! Thanks guys.

    GymRatGuy, thanks for your advice, I'll give some light jelqs a go. I'm travelling at the moment so it's not easy to do discreetly in a room with 7 other people (and is extra awkward because some of those people are chicks!), hopefully it's fine to do them quickly in the shower.

    GrowStrong, I'm 30. There's a good chance my testosterone levels are low, but as I'm on the road it's not so easy to get that checked. Hopefully general exercise will help boost my testosterone levels.
