Hi all! New member here. Registered a few days ago. Been lurking and reading some of the forums. New to PE. Making my intro now. I am 22 years old. Living in Scottsdale, Arizona. I'm 5ft 6in, 5ft 7in on a good day :P I enjoy exercise and work out 4-5 days a week. It consists of cross training, running,mma, etc. No steroids. Personally don't believe in them. like I said, new to The PE community, recently heard of it, now curious to learn about and apply these newly discovered training regimens for my wang. I didn't even know it could be exercised in all honesty!
I don't own an extender of any kind. But will consider buying one in the future after hearing input and comparisons of members hereI have looked at SizeGenetics, Penimaster Pro,PhallosanForte, and Bath Mate. All seem reputable, but at the same time however, I'm alittle skeptical due to costs.
I have been using the beginners routine from the Penis Health DVD for about three days. Got it the last week, when one of my lady friends gave it to me after her and her BF broke up. She told me it works and my girlfriend could appreciate it if I was willing to dedicate myself to it.
I want a bigger penis because... WHY NOT?! It's obviously a confidence booster. Honestly, I just feel like am alittle small. Sometimes I get self conscious and it makes me feel inadequate as a man. I know it's mostly psychological, but it's how I feel at times. And I want to give greater pleasure to my girlfriend. I want to make her scream and moan in pleasure. I want harder,thicker, and longer erections, but most of all I want an overall happy, healthy penis! Another thing I forgot to mention is that I have a high sex drive. I have sex a lot. Or mastrubate a lot. Trying to settle my libido. Unsure if that would be detrimental or beneficial? But I'm thinking more detrimental. Jelqing posed a challenge my first time. Almost became a whacking session.Lol
I'm not sure how I average amongst other men but my measurements are:
BPEL- 5.5 inches
EG- 4.5 inches
BPFSL- 4.25 inches
FG- 4.25 inches
Took these stats fresh out the shower, a day before I started using the DVD.
My ideal size and ultimate goal is to reach
BPEL- 7 inches
EG- 5.5 inches
I haven't thought of a flaccid goal though. Not sure what I want in that category. As long as it is visually appealing. Lol
I know that 7 inches length and 5.5 inches girth is super ambitious from my starting point. So ijust want to concentrate getting to 6 inches length and 5 inches girth before setting a new baby goal that can bring me closer me to my ultimate goal.
Willing to try.
Willing to fail.
Willing to fall.
Willing to learn.
Willing to hear advice and criticisms from all angles.
This is how I approach life my gym session goals
And that is how I will approach this new goal I am working towards!

And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.
When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
You need not base your confidence on the size of your penis, if you know what you are doing and are confident you will be as good a lover as you wish to be, start with the https://www.pegym.com/forums/womans-...women-sex.html. A finger can give that desired sensation, so how will a whole person be able to do, you are a lot more than your penis or any single body part, its all part of you, and the lady wants to be with you.
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Well, an extender is not required, though if your interested there's some great info in our devices forum, and in the extender article.
My suggestion would be to look through the beginners thread. It has a lot of info regarding manual exercises, which when done properly, can not only increase your size, but your health and erection quality as well. Plus, it's free!
Masturbating too much can have negative effects, not only physically, but mentally. You can, however, turn that into stamina work which will help improve your results and success.
You're right on average with most, so no worries there. But if you want to increase your size, for yourself and your health, then give the info a read through, and give it a shot.
