Hello, so I've been concerned with size a little bit just like any guy and decided to investigate, which led me here. I know I'm not small or lacking in size, but I'm not massive either, and not the most experienced in sex, but I am determined and love pleasing my woman.
My girlfriend has had a lot of past sexual encounters and it has always been in the back of my mind whether she truly enjoys sex with me or if it's just not as good as what she has had in the past.
This mentality, however, has led me to try new things with her and look for better ways to please her, which in turn have made both of us feel a lot better. It seems every time we have sex it gets better and better.
But there is another problem, about 90% of the time I cannot keep a full erection, it's usually 80%-95% and peaks right before orgasm. I think I have too many distracting thoughts in my head, but I don't know the real cause.
I go to the gym and live a healthy life, I'm 5'10 175lbs, I have to measure my penis because I haven't done so with a ruler since I was a teenager. I'm approximately 7" long and my girth is like a toilet paper roll.
My girlfriend is loose, she has had a child and lots of partners since she was a teenager, I can go as fast and deep as I like in her, she gets very wet and says she orgasms every time, but I feel like it could be better if I could keep my erection full the entire time, every time.
I'm hoping these exercises will help with this, and perhaps even add some size as an added bonus.
I'm starting with JP's 90 day beginner routine, I did it for the first time today. Afterwards, I felt very warm and comfortable. I sat in a hot bath to "warm down", instead of using a hot towel. I'm certain it would have the same effect, correct me if I'm wrong.

You are correct to focus on EQ, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
There is no problem with your size nor stamina, you and your lady are enjoying satisfying intimacy together, it is normal for the vagina to tent during arousal, and you get that feeling more as she is naturally lubricated, all is good, and it doesn't mean you are lacking in any department, enjoy.

No matter how many previous partners a lady may have had, that should not come in the way, she is only with you now, be with her too, don't fight ghosts from the past that only exist in your mind.
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
