Hello I've just recently started back up with the jp90 routine. I've been jelqing for years on and off but I can never gain. I fear I have permanently hindered my gains from poor technique. I thought jelqing helped eq too. I haven't really noticed any difference, after a workout it is very difficult to get an erection. My dick looks great after a workout, I look like a porn star but after a few minutes it just shrinks back down to baby dick status. Help !!!

And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and focus on safety.
PE requires consistency and persistence, if you are having difficulties getting an erection after your routine then you may be using too much force and/or a too intense routine.
Your grip should be the lightest that can still move blood up the shaft and to the glans, and only stretch hard enough to feel tension on your shaft, make sure you take at least two rest days a week and warm up before your exercises.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

I assume you didn't gain because you overtrained mostly (as your PI's show us). As far as i know, when you end up your workout, your penis should feel very filled up with blood for the next two hours...if it shrinks within the next few minutes, maybe it's overtraining?

Hello hardgainer89, and welcome!
You can also try cutting back reps on the routine. It is an intense beginner routine, and may just be too much.
After a good rest and EQ returns to normal, try again with half the reps. Then, if all goes well after a week or two like that, step it up incrementally, a week at a time. That way you can find what is just right, and too much.
Good luck, and stay patient.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

I tried cutting back to half the reps but the same thing happened. Maybe I didn't wait long enough to recover. How long should I wait? How will I know if I'm ready?

Could be a few days, or maybe a week. You'll know when your EQ returns to "normal", and you don't feel fatigued anymore. Then, give it another day or two.
Sounds like it was a bit too much, so try a lower intensity routine, or reduced reps, until you get all positive PI's. Then you can slowly go up from there.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
