Hello; I'm a new member. I joined hoping to get advice on male sexual enhancement pills or alternatives. I'm very fortunate to have a decent sized penis when erected. My wife says I'm "huge," but she is a loving wife. I think I'm average and plenty big enough.
However, I have terrible trouble with erectile disfunction, due to mental blocks, stress, and simply not being able to cancel everything else out.
It's difficult for me to get an erection without masturbating a little; and the erection can go away quickly as soon as some distraction appears or my fear of losing it comes along.
My fear of getting erected or losing an erection is what keeps me from getting erected or holding an erection - a problem which feeds itself, which I'm sure most of you have heard before.
This is a problem except for when I take a "Rhino 5" pill. I'm not sure how it works other than increasing bloodflow; but I find it is easier to get an erection by just thinking sexual thoughts; and I hold the erection longer - even when putting on the dreaded condom which usually destroys my erections.
I'm worried about continued use of the Rhino 5 pill, though. Will it eventually stop working due to my body getting used to it? Is it harmful to me in some way? I don't use it every day - only occasionally. But it seems I just about can't do anything unless I take it. There are other pills similar that have similar effects; but the Rhino has been the one I end up going to.
Does anyone else have experience with this pill? Should I be ditching this mystery pill in favor of seeing a doctor?
I'm sorry if I'm overstepping by writing all of this at once.

Lots of natural, cheaper alternatives mate. MrB8 gave you good links there. Green tea, chillis, garlic, anything to get your blood flowing. There is a forum too for ED that will give you lots of useful tips. Also, kegels and edging might help too. Oh and welcome to our weird and wacky little community here

Following up on MrB8's post, I recommend you go into your next session with orgasm not as your primary goal. Rather, explore ways to to give your wife pleasure without penetration.
