Hello!
Like the most people of this forum, I hope to get along with everybody and learn of the most experienced. Probably I won't write too much, because I don't write english correctly.
My goal is to increase my self esteem which actually is by the floors and change my mentality for fight for what I want, accept myself and be happy.

Welcome to the Gym Map21.
Sounds like some great goals you have there. I wish you the best in achieving them.
No worries about the writing, we have quite a few members who do not use English as their main language. Don't let that stop you from participating and enjoying the forums.
Hope to see you around the forums.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Hiya Map21 and welcome to the forums!
As others have mentioned, there is no need to be concerned about the language barrier when writing. We are a pretty understanding bunch and know that english is not everyone's first language, so go ahead and post.
I also just wanted to let you know that should you require it, there are also some helpful and supportive ladies available on the forum too who are more than willing to offer their insight and wisdom. We can often be located in the following forums:

Best wishes on your PE journey!
