    To start with I have no idea if I'm posting this thread correctly, so if your reading this then I guessed it worked

    I guess now would be a good time to introduce myself, well as you may have got from the title right now I am mister average, there is literally nothing about me that would make me stand out in a crowd, in just one day at college I had three different people think I was in their classes when im not, I even had one girl come up to me and start talking to me thinking I was someone she knew it took her a good minuet or two before she realised I had no idea who she was.
    now to describe me, I'm 18 years old, between 5'11-6ft tall, I weigh between 85-90kg and in the way of muscles I have nothing to brag about (at the moment I can do about 3 push ups before falling flat on my face, as for sit ups I'd be hard pressed to complete a single sit up) and I'll be honest my diet is really bad, I nearly live off takeout and junk food, and the last time I had my 5 a day was sometime in 2009. also my confidence and self esteem are pretty much rock bottom, I've had many girls in the past ask me out but I've turned them down out of fear of not being good enough and the possibility of getting embarrassed which I find it very easy to feel. (As I'm being honest I will admit that I masturbate a lot, normally at least 3 times a day and always to climax which I've heard can reduce gains from PE). now as for the most important area of my averageness (given the site I'm on) my measurements
    my:BPFSL is 4"
    FG at base is 4 1/2"
    FG at mid-shaft is 4 1/2"
    FG at gland/head is 4 3/4"
    BPEL is 5 1/2"
    EG at base is 5 1/4"
    EG at mid-shaft is 5 1/2"
    EG at gland/head is 5"
    (not 100% certain on accuracy of girth measurements, but I think there pretty close, had a bit of trouble measuring girth, was my first attempt at measuring my penis after all I'm certain my measurements will become more accurate as I get used to taking girth measurements)
    I should also mention im not happy with my erection quality, my erections start to go down rather quickly once stimulation stops and my erections a generally not as hard and full as I think they should/could be. also their is a slight curve in my penis (not to the extent of say a banana but enough for me to notice) is their a method to reduce/remove this?

    I'm fed up with being Mr average so ive decided to try and improve myself physically in order for me and my manhood to escape the realm of averageness, to do this I plan on starting working out regularly (maybe give a go at bodybuilding) and of course PE, I plan on doing as much research as I can this weekend and next week practicing some of the exercises and techniques so that I am prepared to begin my journey of growth next weekend I also believe if I improve my body then my confidence and self esteem will also improve giving me the ability to live life to its fullest.

    now I have some questions for the veterans of this site and PE in general,
    1) can you suggest the best routine for a complete beginner to increase length and girth

    2) will me cutting down on the amount of masturbation to climax I do increase gains and would edging be a good alternative
    3) would improving my diet benefit gains
    4) how often should I take measurements
    5) could you suggest the most effective way for me to improve my erection quality

    if you are still reading this then apologies for the amount of words but I thought it best to get as much as I could think of out at the same time, and I would also like to thank you for any answers, suggestions, feedback and support you may give, I look forward to me and my member being long and happy members of this site and to also be involved and chat with you awesome people who are going through a similar or have been through a similar journey/transformation as I am about to begin

    And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.


    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.


    I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!

    Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging after your routine for more stamina and control, and watch your total workload.


    A healthy diet and exercise plan is good for your overall health, and blood circulation, win-win!

    Try not to take measurements so often, a monthly reading would be fine, maybe every two to three months so you don't get discouraged, just make sure you are consistent in how you measure, and that you do it after two full rest days.



    Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Hello Jorgun 266, and welcome.

    No worries about the long post, and no apology necessary. That's what introductions are for, to let us know about yourself, and ask any initial questions you might have.

    Sometimes, when we don't feel good about where we're at, or what we're doing, we can be our own worst enemy. Being harsh critics to ourselves, and getting trapped in negative ways of thinking. Things seem worse than they really are. Everything seems overwhelming.

    But, if you can turn that into energy for change, and a motivation to take what you see and turn it into what you want. One day at a time, step by step. Then the positives will become more clear, and the negatives will start to fade away.

    If you're fed up, then that's good. Means you know you don't have to accept your current situation. So, lets change it!

    You want to be healthier, and feel better? Then eat healthier, workout, and pick back up some 5 a days. The EQ will improve with reduced masturbation, and a steady PE routine. The curve is actually not a problem, and the lovely Ladies of the Gym have indicated it can be quite pleasurable. But, if it bothers you, jelqing and stretching against the curve can help straighten it over time.

    And even though your size is good, like your confidence and esteem, it can be increased with some work and patience. So, to answer your questions;

    1. The JP90 is highly recommended, and has worked well for many.
    2. Cutting down would be good in general. Might or might not affect gains, but edging would be a good alternative.
    3. Indirectly, yes. Better health and blood flow is good.
    4. Like MrB8 said, every 1-3 months is good for the beginning. Just focus on learning and EQ.
    5. Reduced masturbation (and porn, if that's a factor), PE routine, better diet, and exercise.

    You can do it! Stick with it, and you will reach your goals.

    masturbating 3 times a day is going to give you a really crappy erection quality. like you, i used to whack it 3 times a day and the second i stopped stimulation it would start to go dead again. so this is something that has to be sorted out, its something you do when your bored im guessing so instead of doing this do something more productive, like a hobbie. sorting this out will give you a better erection quality which will also make it easier for you to make gains because your dick will be able to be fuller during workouts.

    working out would make your NBPEL appear bigger, which is the penis the woman see. if you have a 8" penis but you have a huge 3" fatpad, it doesnt matter, shes going to think you have a 5" penis. so its a really good idea to lose weight so more of your penis is on show and can be used. also, whats the point of having a huge cock but being overweight? why not go for the full desirable look and get a nice body too?

    it looks like you have alot of goals set for yourself. and im hoping its not just a spontaneous decision and is instead something you can go at full heartedly because losing weight and PE both take a heck of alot of devotion. you might find its easier to start one of these goals and do it for a month then later start the other change along side what your already doing, that way you arnt overwhelmed by the change and give up.

    Welcome to the Gym Jorgun.

    The JP90 routine is a great way to get started and to improve your EQ.
    You will be amazed about how much better you feel if you start eating a healthy diet. It may help slightly with gains but it will be more from better circulation and overall health. Without a good strong body to thrust with, a big pecker won't be much good to anybody.
    Cutting back on masturbation will also help. Do you use porn while masturbating?

    Read through the links that have been provided for you and feel free to ask any questions if you have them.
    Above all, be safe when doing PE. Remember you only have one and don't want to damage it.

    hi looking4more, yes I do use porn while masturbating, I used 2 masturbate without porn but now I think about it in the last few months its pretty much been exclusively masturbating to porn.

    thank you everyone for the warm welcome and great suggestions, I can certainly see the point about why have a big penis if your body's in no shape to do anything with it, so I will definitely be working on the rest of my body alongside improving my penis, I will also focus on improving my diet because like MrB8 said "A healthy diet and exercise plan is good for your overall health, and blood circulation, win-win!" (fruit smoothies anyone )

    I will definitely read all the threads and forums you guys have suggested, im glad I made this decision to begin this journey (and I know the road might be long, but as I hope the end results will be long as well, I don't think I can complain about that) ur responses have made it clear this was the right decision for me. once again thanks for the support and look forward to improving myself whilst sharing my journey with wonderful people like yourselves, see u in the forums
