    Hey everyone,

    I gotta say, I've been looking into PE for almost a year now but for whatever reason I never even considered joining a forum dedicated to it. This is even stranger given that I've already bought a Bathmate and have done sessions on and off for about 3 or 4 months - nothing that would really give me gains though. But now that I'm here on the board I feel like it's a fresh start for me, and that this will really help me buckle down and stay dedicated.

    A little bit more about me:
    I'm a pretty short guy - 5'4" to be exact. I am also an Asian guy. I won't go so far as to say that all Asian guys have smaller than average penis sizes, but there seems to be a bit of a trend as it relates to overall body mass and size (also probably nutrition and other factors during the puberty/growth process). I'm not really much of an exception.

    So here are my starting stats:
    Flaccid Length: 2.75" - 3" (Depending on temperature)
    Flaccid Girth: Not yet measured - will update.
    Erect Length (NBP): 5"
    Erect Girth: 5.3"

    Yes, I have what you'd call a chode. Hahaha. Fortunately, the one thing I have going for me is that it seems I have an average - little higher than average EG. To be honest, I wasn't convinced that my girth was all that desirable. I thought it was small, but after reading some honest opinions about EG/ideal girth and dildo reviews (yes, dildo reviews) I've grown to be pretty content with that as a starting point.

    Goals:
    Flaccid Length: 3.5" - 4"
    Erect Length: 6" - 6.5"
    Erect Girth: 5.75" - 6"

    I'm not pushing for anything drastic here. All I want is to gain an inch in EL, and push my EG to 5.75" - 6." Basically a 6" x 6" or 6 x 5.75" member. That's what I'm shooting for, but I'd even be happy with a 6" x 5.5" penis.

    I'm not really interested in trying to push EG past 6". I tend to go out with women who are even shorter than me - and at that size, I think I'll lower my chances of giving them a pleasurable experience if my penis is too thick. I'd be open to pushing my EL past 6" though.

    Routine:

    Six days:
    -50 helicopter shakes (left & right)
    -Left & right stretches with 30 quick kegels
    -25 big circular stretches (left & right)
    -Straight forward stretch with 30 quick kegels
    -50 helicopter shakes (left & right)
    -10 minute kegel/jelq warm up (w/O-Bends and Slow Squash Jelqs)
    -10 minute in Bathmate
    -5 minute kegel/jelq break (w/O-Bends and Slow Squash Jelqs)
    -10 minute in Bathmate

    -One day to rest

    This is a pretty laid back workout, and even though it's only been a week I've noticed some baseball bat looks to my penis, so I'll probably start doing some Horse Squeezes. I will also bump up my time in the Bathmate to 30 - 40 minutes (broken up into more time during sets or more sets altogether). On some days I'm sure I will do an extra set too (if my body is feeling up to it).

    I'm also going to be getting myself a VLC Tugger to start with extensions. Then down the road I'll get myself a Size Genetics too. When I get either of these, I'll probably adjust my Bathmate routine a little, so I'm not over working myself. I'll probably try to take two days off instead of just one.

    Welcome fenderbronco,
    I think your goals are fairly realistic, although I'd aim for a short time goal of 5.5 x 5.5 if I were you and see how you go from there. Also focusing on length first might be a good idea as many members believe that length gains become harder the girthier you get.

    Welcome to the Gym fenderbronco.

    I think your choice to keep your girth in check, for the reasons you mentioned, is a wise one. That's a plenty good size, and added with some good technique will be well into the pleasurable experience range.

    Some words of advice on your routine. You may want to stay away from the advanced exercises and combining with a bathmate until after you have spent some time on a consistent routine. Even though you have done some, you may risk injury by going too far too fast. Of course, your PI's and experience will be the real indicator.

    Also, don't underestimate rest days. They are just as important to growth as workout days.

    Awesome, guys. Thanks for the great welcomes and the tips!

    Working, Alpine - I will definitely heed and incorporate your advice. I actually took part of the JP90 routine and use it as my warm up/stretches (although not as many sets, or in the same exact order - and no "V Jelqs" yet) as a prelude to my Bathmate time. I haven't really noticed any negative PI's yet, but I'll keep a close eye on it. I'll probably reduce my Bathmate time by a bit each set just to be on the safe side. I'll probably mod my routine to fit in an extra rest day too.

    EDIT: Oh, and I'm also trying to incorporate a load more of reverse kegels. I didn't get it at first, but I finally figured out how to push my pelvic floor down. I can't really do it it on command yet, and must be erect (is that typical when starting out), but hopefully I will get it down eventually.

    Interesting that some users have found it harder to gain length if some girth gains are made. I've never heard of that before. Do you think it'd be advisable that I substitute some time in the Bathmate for some really light VLC time to start?

    You're welcome.

    Not sure about the RKs, but I would think with practice it would become less necessary.

    As for the girth or length first, some light VLC time seems it would be easier on your penis than adding a Bathmate. And, it may address the possibility of length being more difficult after girth. Seems like a good choice to me.
