Hello,
So I've been lurking on here for a couple of days, and I finally decided it was time to join this community. The past year has been a difficult one for me. I've had some family issues, personal issues and a really bad breakup with my girlfriend of two years. For a while now I have been miserable, and hating upon life; but last month I had a really motivating conversation with someone very important to me, and since then I have just been pumped about life and piece by piece I have been putting my life together again. I have realized that there is no point in sitting around feeling miserable, because in life anything can be attained if you choose to attain it. My penis length has always been one of the things to get me down, and so I would like to do something about it. I measured it by pushing the ruler into my pubic bone and its around 5.0-5.2 inches depending upon the various factors when erect. I measured this with a rigid ruler, as I have no tape measure handy; so I have no idea about my girth. I would like to do PE consistently for the next year and gain as much as possible; any gain is welcome. Ideally I would like to have a 7.0+ inch penis, if that is even possible. I am going to start in January, as the remainder of December will be very busy for me, and so I wanted to get as much information as possible, and formulate a long term plan. I was hoping to combine some kegels, edging and stretching. I was also hoping for a routine I could do while I showered, as I go to university and live with roommates, and so privacy is always a luxury. Any help would be greater appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Welcome to the forums iamhopeful!
I'm glad life is looking up for you now, I just got out of a big rut myself. Now here I am at the PEgym forums.
My erect length is very similar to yours, BPEL (Bone Press Erect Length) 5.75inches so I understand your frustration.
One thing that could help is if you started a progress log on the forums. It will keep you motivated and make tracking your progress a whole lot easier.
Also, make sure you are well informed about the stretches/exercises you are going to be doing, because an injury would be detrimental and a huge set back.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or ask me on my progress thread. https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...ommitment.html
Good luck to you!

Thanks Snoopy5170 is there any particular beginner routine I should follow? I am totally new to this, so maybe something that will be easy to do, and give me some results? Thanks a bunch...

Yes, I am currently using JohnPop's Beginner's Routine (https://www.pegym.com/forums/gym-forum/2166-jps-90-day-beginner-routine.html) . So far its working out very well.
There are different routines, but for the first 3 months I recommend you stick to this one seeing as many members have benefited greatly from it.
Also, if needed, you can slowly work other more specific exercises into your routine after your penis is conditioned. Use your discrepancy with this however.
And finally, remember. Less Is More!

Heya hopeful. I'm really happy that you found an outlet rather than "sitting around feeling miserable", I'm still happy that time is on my side, so there are many positives to look for, life is what you make it and all that.
Remember to keep a log updated, a lot of members here do read them, and it will keep you motivated to do your PE exercises (as if keeping girls you love happy isn't enough), hey, people might be able to offer advice or help you where you might miss something otherwise without your story.
And also, I can recommend JP's Beginner Program, it takes between 40-60mins on workout days, and is a fairly gentle introduction.
Good luck, have fun, and I hope the course goes well for you. University was the best 3 years of my life (minus the 1 where me and the ex were happy), make sure you don't overwork yourself either.(1st) Dec '09 (Cold room)

No problem, iamhopeful.
I agree with Hemmels. Get out their and enjoy yourself (with PE by your side, it'll be great).
