Hi,
I am Harmen from Malaysia working for a software firm aged 24. I just discovered some great work going on over here about this forum and joined it. Unlike others I lost my virginity really late this year only and discovered that it would be necessary for me to grow it more.
My measurements are EL-4.6" FL-3.4" BPEL - 5.6". I am in serious need to grow atleast an inch more.
I have gone through Babbis beginner post, JP 90 and remek's tunica muscle and tunica theory.
Also I am 16 pounds overweight so fatpad contributes some of it.
Would you guys be considerate suggesting some useful routine plans. I am aiming to gain atleast over 1 cm the first 3 months and then take it on from there. Will my age be on the negative side for the immediate results?
Best Regards.

Don't miss this thread!!
And if you haven't already done so, please read the START HERE thread and focus on safety.
You only need to relax, and stop stressing, your length is average, nothing to worry about, having a larger penis is a bonus to the other benefits that you can reap from PE exercises, take it slow, and gains will come. Gaining an inch in length is an achievable and realistic goal, but it may take some time, so stick around!
When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Welcome aboard
The best thing you can do right now is get in a mindset that will prepare you for a long journey. Significant permanent changes do take time, consistency and effort. If you're willing to dedicate a year or two, I have no doubt you can reach your goal and maintain it. The first few months can be misleading due to the EQ increase and easy ligament gains - don't let it cloud realistic expectations and you'll be fine.
Good luck

Hiya DrowsyP and welcome to the forums!
As MrB8 has already indicated, your current stats put you in the average range so there is no need to worry needlessly. There are a few beginner programs available and it is best to start there. Remember a positive frame of mind, patience and persistence is what is required to achieve your objectives.
I also, just wanted to let you know that should you require it, there are also some helpful and supportive ladies available on the forum as well. We can often be located in the following forums:
