I'm mainly on here for kegels and reverse kegels to help my penis health overall. I'm 6 inches and not really concerned in any size increase exercises because I'm trying to learn to be at peace with and love what I was born with.
I've been doing kegels every now and then. (Haven't ever stuck to a routine). And what I've noticed is I involuntarily kegel sometimes now. And I even have a hard time focusing on not doing them. I've already searched through the threads a little and have tried a few stretches recommended. But haven't gotten any results or maybe I'm doing them wrong. Any tips would be appreciated. I'm sorry if I shouldn't post that much info on my intro post.

As for kegels, there are two types, regular and reverse, both are required in order to have a balanced and strong pelvic floor, as well as other exercises when needed, you may head over to there and start a thread detailing your problem so the veterans and experienced members can help you better.

It may be a little odd for me to hear that and get so excited for you here on a site that is very focused on size gains as well, but I genuinely admire and and respect you for having this mindset about being here and what you want to accomplish during your journey.
Welcome and if you get to the point that you can do 50 erect kegels with a five sec. hold on each there are also more advanced exercises called "towel raises" which is like a weighted kegel. I'm sure somebody here with more experience can comment on where those might start fitting into your longer arc trajectory.

Kegels are a great exercise but don't go too mad with them. The stretches and jelqs from one of the beginner routines are a good addition, as well as edging. If you are just interested in having a healthier unit, you are probably begging at the right end of the tunnel, unlike so many of us.

Kegels are great but don't underestimate the contribution stretching and jelqing can play in improving erection quality, I'm sure they help keep the arteries veins nice and supple.
