I've been a member of ************* since 2001, but truth be told, I've never fully dedicated myself to the craft as I would be really into it for a month or so, and then get side-tracked or lose interest for a few years.
However, I came here today with a renewed determination and have decided to start this wonderful journey all over again.
In addition, I would like to thank everyone here for this wonderful community, I love how the site is organized and presented- and from my limited experience here thus far, I must say, all of the veterans here are very welcoming. Most importantly, with threads such as Top Performers created by kickinthemebs and the plethora of other threads started by valuable members of this community, it has really made the site more engaging for everybody and I thank you for all the contributions you have made!

Starting a log ro record your progress can help you stay dedicated and consistent.
And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it, since it's been a long break, I recommend you pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Welcome glober, and glad you like some of the threads I created. The Top Performers thread is a great inspiration for us all.
Hope I was of some help in the other threads I responded to of yours and you can manage to develop a routine that suits you. It is all about consistency and sticking to it though, so keeping a log is a good idea. It keeps you focused. I make entries into my log even for my rest days, so it has become something I always write in every night, has become a force of habit. Plus, you feel guilty if you have too many "rest days" haha
