Hello guys so i used to be fat growing up as a kid and ive lost 80-90 pounds with a good body but am on psych meds atm so my penis isnt as hard as it could be and length im not sure about :/. My measurements are 5.5 inches BPEL and 4.5 inches Erect Girth at the moment since i didnt measure before i was on them. I have been on them for a year now and am wondering what my penis would be like if I wasnt on them since my erections arent that great nowadays. Just learning new ways to make it bigger and longer on here

Many anti-depressants are known to have an effect on your erection quality, talk to your doctor and ask for another type if possible, one that has less negative effects on erections, but keep in mind that your mental health should be your first concern.
And if you haven't already done so, please READ THIS Thread, Maximize Your Success Here and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it, then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90, start slow, and build up to the full routine over the period of a few weeks.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

The doctor said the medicine isn't right for me after a year of being on it e.e. Apparently i dont have schizophrenia. Thank you MrB8

Hello Mike, and welcome!
Well done on the weight loss.
Both size and quality can be increased with a steady PE routine. Hopefully getting off the unnecessary meds will help too.
You may want to consider starting a log in the Progress Forum, not only so you can track what works and what doesn't, but so others here can offer advice and encouragement. It really helps.

Ive also lost a considerable amount of weight, I've kept ~60lbs off and have even done Bodybuilding shows where I was ~80+lbs lighter.
Exercise and PE are awesome.Initial(9-1-11): BPEL: 7.25", BPSFL: 7.75", EG: 4.75", BEG: 5.25", BPFL: ~5.0", FG: ~4.0"
Current(7-1-16): BPEL: 8.375", BPSFL: 8.75", EG: 5.375", BEG: 5.875", BPFL: ~6.625", FG: ~4.75"
Realistic Goal: BPEL: 8.5", EG: 5.5"
Idealistic Goal: BPEL: 9.0", EG: 6.0", BPFL: 7.0", FL: 5.0"

Yes sir ive lost 80 to 90 pounds and gained 15 to 20 pounds of muscle which has no been lost due to my lack of exercise over the course of 2 years :/. Im just trying to get help and have finally realized that my size is fine but ill keep it in good shape with PE
