    Hello all,

    Finally decided to become active here. I came accross the gym through the premature ejaculation problems that I'm struggling with. By curiosity, I looked into the PE page, and kept on reading on. I started this morning to work on the JP90 and will be doing so as consistantly as possible though I'll have to do it discretly as I'm not ready to tell my gf (who I live with).

    It feels great to have found a forum where it seems that men can talk freely about dick length and sex related thoughts and worries without judgement.

    So I'm BPEL 5.9" and EG 4.7" and FL 2.7".
    I'd like to increase the FL by an inch or so as it's something that really tends to bother me - I feel small and get really uncomfortable if anyone male or female lays his eyes on my dick.
    Ideally I'd like to get to 7" EL and get a bit more girth of course as it would be a sizeable ego boost.

    I don't realize if these wishes and goals are or not realistic, I shall see in at least 90 days - or 3 years .

    The first 90 days are really just for conditioning, but many report gains during this period and should be considered a bonus.

    You might find starting a log in the Progress Forum helps with motivation and keeping track of what works for you.

    Yup, your goals are realistic mate

    In relation to flaccid hang, the larger and longer you do PE, the bigger it will get. I have noticed that extending for long hours really improved my flaccid length. Have a look at the JP90 routine to get you started
