    Hey fellow PEGYM buddies. I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully, after skimming through the site for the last 3 days, get a little advice from more experienced members about the newbie strategy approach I'm contemplating.

    Believe it or not, I've only been with one woman in my whole life. I know...not a lot of experience for a man in their thirties. The ladies have always considered me physically attractive (e.g. body build, face, etc.), but I've always been afraid to get to close to them after discovering and finding my Dad's porn when I was just in sixth grade. My sisters and I (I was the only boy) would sneak and watch them for weeks until a sleep over friend told on us and we were discovered....LOL. I saw the huge cocks in these films and I thought to myself, "Wow, I'm not close to that size, something must be wrong?" I can't even remember how many women I've turned down over the years, because I was afraid that I didn't have it where it counts. I think those films scarred me a little really.

    Finally, in my mid twenties, I got the courage to try to go all the way with a woman, who really pursued me, because I didn't want to be the thirty year old virgin...LOL. I think she thought I was small as well, because sometimes she would make sarcastic comments like, "with that large package you have there." She had experience with porn at a young age too and I think she was basing her judgement on that.

    I got to third base with another woman after her and was afraid to go more. I stopped and made an excuse that I didn't have protection, which was true, but really not the reason for stopping, and told her that I'm not the biggest guy around. She told me that she "thought I'd be too big." This is the assumption I've heard other people tell me all my life. You see, I am almost 6' 4", 235-240 lb, so I've heard people make the assumption that my you know what is big too.

    After reading up on this site the other night, I decided to measure myself. I'm going to do it again and pay more attention to accuracy, but I'm somewhere around 6.75 in BPEL, and 5.25-5.5 girth at erection. So, I guess I fit into the average category based on what I've read on here. But because I'm a fairly above average sized guy body wise, it just looks below average in the mirror. It's like seeing 225/75/15 size tires on a Jeep with a 4 inch lift.... it is out of proportion. My goal is to get around 8 inches NBPEL, and add a little girth to make me look proportional. Of course if I can go larger safely I will.

    I'm going to go by the book as much as possible....do the JP90 conditioning routine, practice safety by observing PI indicators, document with measurements and photos etc. However, several members in one of the forums I read on here, can't remember the title, suggested to another new member that he gain as much as possible with manual PE exercises for about a year and then purchase an extender when he plateaus or needs a boost. I'm considering buying an extender, either a PMP or Phallosan Forte (open to suggestions), now and using it after the 90 day conditioning phase. I'm thinking about refraining from manual PE because I want to see if the extender actually works by itself. Of course, I'm not adverse to warm-up PE. Are extenders only supposed to be used to break plateaus? Thanks for reading.

    PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.


    I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!


    Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Hi man, new to PE aswel so I won't advise on anything, experienced members will shortly, but I'll say your well above average, 5"5 I think is the average so your nearly 1"5 above. I know your a big guy and your worried about proportion, but a girl will not see the proportion, just a hulking guy with a big schlong dangling over her head, so own it.
      But of course it doesn't hurt to add a little and increase eq and all the other benefits, bu there just adding to your already impressive assets.

        Hello elasticman2015! Welcome to the Gym!

        Well, porn at such a young age, and in general, can give those false perceptions of what is normal and acceptable. It's just not true. Plain and simple. Unfortunately, a girl who was misguided as well made a comment that probably only made it worse. That's unfortunate, and I'm sorry to hear that.

        Truth is, no, you're not average sized. You're above average, in both length and girth. So, there ya go. Just joined, and grew some already. But it's common for larger guys to feel they're disproportionate. A trick to the eyes.

        The idea with buying an extender later is to take advantage of the free manual work first. They can and do work by themselves, first or later. Just depends if you want to spend up front, and if it fits your needs best.

        Sounds like you've done a bit of reading already, and have the right idea for manuals. The JP90 is a great routine to start with. I would suggest starting there, and seeing what happens.

        It helps to start a log in the Progress Forum too. Lets you keep track of things, and get advice and encouragement from other members.

          Is the average length, 5.6", you give for BPEL or NBPEL. Because, BPEL will be longer naturally. So you are saying hold off on the extender?

            Okay, your size is some guy's end goal size, girth-wise. I know I would be delighted if I ever see 5.5 inches!

            Don't worry about size, it rarely matters anyway, unless you have a micro-dick, which you don't. You can use extenders straight away, they are not just for breaking plateaus. Some people prefer devices to manual PE, like me for instance. It just depends on what you enjoy doing/have time for.

                Okay thanks. In that case I'm strongly thinking about purchasing an extender like PMP or Phallosan forte and using it in conjunction with the manual PE. I've always had the tendency to over-train with exercise and everything I do...so I'll have to be careful. What is your opinion between these two extenders I mention if I may ask? I'm leaning towards Phallosan for numerous reasons.

                Also, do you know if the average 5.6" EL that MrB8 mentioned earlier is for bone press or non-bone press?

                    Welcome to the gym elasticman2015!

                    As the others suggest your above average and as working4it and MrB8 suggest it's probably best to start with manual, that way you can better learn your bodies responses to the exercises.

                    It is just a learning curve for us all to find what works for our particular body types, you might be lucky and find it right away, but it is important to condition first.

                    Many report gains with the conditioning routines, but this should be considered a bonus and should you gain with a conditioning routine, don't change a thing until you stop seeing results!

                        Really??? 5.6" is BPEL???? That I didn't know. Well I must be above average. I guess I've been worried all these years over nothing...what a waste. Lost my best years because of my weak psychology I guess. I got to get over that. I haven't had sex in about 7 years because of this; since the first and only woman I told you about in my mid twenties.

                        Actually, what prompted me to start seriously looking at this is I've been talking to a woman now for weeks and we kissed the other night and the chemistry was major. She started pressing against me and I had an erection and I stopped and pulled away because I didn't want her to feel how small I thought I was.                           Yep, elastic, don't feel bad. I did the same thing except I was in high school. I had the hottest of the hot girls express interest in me and because one so-called buddy said I was little after a shower in gym class, I was scared to death to go further with them. Maybe it's for the best...I'm STD free. But this one girl named Angie with black hair, dark skin, blue eyes, perfect body I kick myself to this day for not doing her.                             Thanks so much the introduction; we're happy to have your here. Your current stats put you above average, especially your girth so there is absolutely no need to be concerned about sexually satisfying a woman. Seriously.

                            It is unfortunate that your early experience with porn has skewed your perceptions about your size enough to delay your sexual experience but I hope you are now realizing the folly of this way of thinking.
