  • A New Me

    Hi fellas,

I just found this site recently and I'm very eager to dive into this head on (pun intended). There's many things that have lead me here, but I'll spare you the details as it's a long and rather depressing story. I've been through a lot, but I've made a commitment to make this year the start of a new me in many aspects of my life ... physically, spiritually, and mentally. I have neglected my own personal well-being for some time now and I'm putting a stop to it.

I'm currently exercising 5 days a week ... doing 3 days of weightlifting and 2 days of cardio on my non-lifting days. The next two years I will be completely dedicating to my own personal health and fitness. I'm eating better and I'm feeling a lot better about myself. Even though I'm currently working full time ... I absolutely prioritize my workouts above anything else and I plan on doing the same with this PE stuff.

Some personal details about my sexuality ...

I started masturbating when I was about 5 years old. As I got older and internet became more readily available, I became very addicted to pornography. It's affected me negatively for many years and I've finally decided to quit. As of January 1st, I have stopped watching porn and masturbating. I plan on abstaining from porn and masturbation for the duration of this year ... and my only form of sexual contact will be in the form of PE exercises such as jelqing. This is a test of my willpower and a dedication to the betterment of myself and I am absolutely committed to this end. Nothing is going to stop me if I can help it.

Now ... I absolutely have my doubts that getting a bigger penis is attainable, but I'm willing to put my faith in all of the success stories I've read on this site and it's very encouraging. Deep inside I want this to be true. The insecurities I've had from my penis size have definitely affected my sex life ... and although I've never had a sexual partner make any negative comments regarding my size ... I've actually turned down sex on several occasions due to my personal hangups about my dick size. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it's true.

I'm doing this for self-confidence and for sexual health. I believe the confidence I can gain from having a larger penis (and being in much better shape) will carry out into all other areas in my life.

I have not measured recently, but I plan on doing so when I make a profile/journal here and I plan on keeping it updated constantly. The last time I measure I think I was around 5 1/4 inches, which seems about average from what I've read on this sight. Ideally, I would like to be 7 inches. I would be very content with that. I've begun doing kegels already using an iPhone app called MyKegel and I'm definitely seeing an improvement after just a few weeks.

I would prefer to simply do this as naturally as possible without any devices or machines. I know there are tons of threads and stickies here, but what would you advise as the best beginner routine to start with over the next few months? Time is not an issue. If I have to get up an extra hour in the morning just to do my PE exercises, I have no issues with that. This will take precedence over anything else I have going on right now. How often should I be doing these exercises? Every day? Most of the week with rest days? I know noobie questions are annoying, but I really want to start out on the right track here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am very thankful for the vast resources this site has to offer.

Anyway, that's about it. Thanks for reading if you read this far. :]

I take it you include reverse kegels in your kegel routine?

No, just a combination of prolonged squeezes and normal 1-2 second repetitions. I've never heard of reverse kegels.

If you can recommend something, that would be appreciated. I'm completely open to anything.

It's just a kegel routine app for iPhone that has pre-programmed kegel routines and a place for you to create your own. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/myke...540586241?mt=8

Thank you. There is so much information on here, it's a bit overwhelming ... but I will try and understand as much as I can. I'll be starting soon when I get an organized plan together.

Hey man, have you set a goal? like a short term, mid term, long term, ideal lol. I'd say, start focusing on that EQ. i doubt you can gain unless your EQ is improved (unless you're already a 10 in which case nice). furthermore, setting realistic goals is a great way to stay on track, thereby preventing discouragement. keep a close watch on your PIs and take adequate rest too.

I've never had a problem with EQ (yay I read the glossary!), but I'm sure improvements can be made everywhere.

I'll start a journal when I start this soon, but I do have goals in mind. You're right about setting small goals. A bunch of smalls goals eventually add up to one big goal. Half inch would be a small goal (or even a quarter inch, really), one inch would be a long term goal, and two inches would be my ideal goal. I plan on sticking with this for several years at least ... especially if I see gains after the first year ... that will certainly fuel my motivation to keep going.

It seems like there is a ton of support here and that's very encouraging. I look forward to being an active part of the community and hopefully ... be part of the group of gainers here.

I'll definitely rest when necessary and pay close attention to what my body is telling me. The last thing I want to do is cause injury. >_>

This website is nothing if not supportive. I set my goal for .2-3 inches MEG for every 6 months or so. Basically every year if i go half an inch i'd say i was successful. i hear gains before the one year mark are possible, yet i've only been here since November and i just decided to start JP over again..or go for 120 days.

they'll make gainers out of us yet. just don't overdo it or you'll find yourself back pedalling. injuries are the most disheartening part about PE and can make you go crazy. they are so easily avoided. If you want we can relay our progress to each other to stay motivated. I need a PE buddy, and have yet to find one.
