    Hi ya'll !

    After careful consideration I decided to try these PE-exercises for 90 days using the popular JP's 90 day beginners program to see if you guys are really just full of chit . I am a skeptic and will remain one until I see a bigger guy hanging down there. I am aware of the dangers involved in this, so I will be taking this extra careful and slow for the first few weeks. I have educated myself for the past couple days and I am ready to start tomorrow. I will do the exercises on alternating days instead of the 5on/2off, because I think that's too intensive for me. As my EQ improves I will be upping the volume. On top of the beginners program I will edge a little in the end to improve EQ.

    There are a few reasons for getting involved in this. One is that I have a below average cawk, especially girthwise. The idea that I could actually make it bigger does sound really interesting. I am right now at 5.5 EL and 4.25 EG. The girth especially has made it really hard for me to cum from vaginal intercourse. I just don't get enough pressure on my unit. Another problem that is connected to the aforementioned is my poor erection quality. I, like many others, have desensitized myself by watching too much porn. I am around 70 days noporn and in a deep flatline. I am hoping some edging will wake my libido so I can get that 50% erection for the jelqing exercises.

    My goal for the 90 days is to improve my erection quality from 1 to 9-10 and if I'll see ANY gains in the size department then I'll sit down and make long term goals. If it is truly possible for me to hit something like 7 EL / 5 EG I would be willing to spend a couple of years training for that.

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Hi tank,

      I too was a skeptic only 28 days ago, but seeing 0.2" growth in length and a much fuller flaccid penis, I am now a true believer of the system.

      It takes discipline and for me it is hard, given I have a young family. Finding time to do PE required me to wake up at 5am in the morning. As my kids wake up at 6am. However I really think it's worth it.

      just remember to monitor your PI. Take it slow, as it's not a race!

      The he guys here are super helpful and will always help out. Good luck with your journey.

        Welcome, I am sorry you have troubles from porn. I am glad to hear you are recovering. Start slowly with the JP 90 program as it is an intense beginner workout. Add reps and intensity as you become conditioned and learn how your penis responds. I hope your success rivals all of the PEGym members. Enjoy your journey.

          Sounds great brother! What routine are you doing? Have you had any setbacks, minor injuries?

                  Hi tank88 and welcome to the gym! Most people start off as sceptics, which is natural as we've always been told to be happy with what you have but I'm sure with dedicated and careful progress you'll have your mind changed after the first month or so.

                  Quitting porn is great but without edging or even masturbation, your libido will drop off, as happened to me. I visited this forum to sort out my libido issues and it's done much more than that. If you are having ED issues, there is a dedicated forum here to specifically address that so do check it out

                  I'm confident that you'll find what you need here as even if you don't do any PE (which I doubt) there's lots of advice and support for all-manner of sexual health and relationship issues.

                    Welcome aboard. Yup, PE is great, but it really does require some serious dedication. But it sounds like you know that and are up for the challenge, so welcome to this weird and wacky world of PE

                        Well I am an ex skeptic and you could be also. If you stay dedicated, consistent and patient you will start to see results that will set you on the path to success like the rest of us. Follow the advice given by the above members and continue to educate yourself. Don't hesitate to ask questions.

                            i also was a skeptic but through months of PE I have gained nearly .5 in length and my girth isn't that bad either. Believe me do your research and if your even remotely consistent you will become a believer.
                            Sometimes less can be more, just as more can be less.

                              Welcome to the gym =)

                              Nothing will bring you more success than consistency and listening to your body to avoid over-training. Most anyone can run a marathon by using that approach, and it turns out, guys can grow their dicks that way too! So any time you wonder what it's gonna take to get you there -- start of with the answer "a consistent and healthy practice", and you have one of the golden keys.

                              Yes, it's easy to be skeptical, and I don't have my own current gains to add to the proof pile, but just remember those tribal woman with the 2ft long necks with the rings the used to hold their heads up, and ~aHa~, a light goes on -- precedent. You can stretch the SHIT out of body tissues (and get this, they can still breath and eat, so it stayed functional). I'm glad you're keeping it safe and health, it really matters. Lower volume that you up as you can is a great way to go. Any time you think you might need a rest -- then you just definitely do need a rest day.
