  • So motivated - love it here!!!

    Hi fellow PE'ers!

    I've been lurking around the forums for a while, incognito style, reading articles and getting knowledge about the whole thing. I finally figured I would introduce myself.

    I've been PE'ing since summer and have made some initial gains in both directions, probably just newbee-ones. I do think, though, that they are the most important ones for motivation.

    My primary weapon is a semi homemade ADS device. I also jelq and stretch manually a couple times a week, in the shower and so on. I do kegels 3 times a day. Occasionally (when the wife is out) I use an air pump.
    Lately I have also begun hanging - again with a homemade hanging device. I DIY alot :-D

    My wife knows I'm doing some kind of workout, but not exactly what it is. Just that it is for penile health.
    When I started there where some signs of EQ problems, but lots of kegels, no porn, and a bit of edging took (and still takes) care of that.

    The general attitude here and the spirit in which you guys offer help, motivation and advice to each other is unique, and I really want to be a part of it.

    Welcome ndheni80. Let's do this together indeed. Nice gains congratulations. Joining us will be a positive experience for you I hope. It certainly has been for me.       Sounds like you've done you're research, and you're doing great. Congratulations, and well done!

      Keep that motivation up, and please don't hesitate to share your experiences. Through shared success, we all benefit. And of course, don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

      It's great you have let your wife know. The support from a spouse is always a positive thing.

              Welcome aboard!

              Motivation and educating yourself are a couple key elements to successful PE. It looks like you are off to a good start and congrats on your gains.

              It looks like you have been given some great advice so far so I will say good luck and always PE safely.
              To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

                  This really is an incredibly supportive community. I've primarily lurked as well, but it's awesome to see the commitment to health and attitude here. As much as the sight is about achieving penile goals, it is also dedicated to improving our mindsets - which seems to be the greater hurdle.

                  It's great to see that you've already made some solid gains. Keep it up!

                          A good beginner program to start with is JP90 it will condition you for more advanced exercises and will overall condition your penis really well.

                          Keep believing in yourself and your success with PE.

                          Read all the beginner stickies and keep educating yourself on the subject of PE it is really important to know what your doing since your at the end of the day dealing with your own penis.

                          Stay consistent with your routine while following your Physiological indicators so you will not be overtraining.
