Holla,
i discovered this site last week and decided to start PE today. I am over 6ft1" tall but skinny and weak, also addicted to porn. I am trying to change my life in every way possible over the next 3-4 years. That means starting my own business, working out, PE, more and healthier food, once i get the money - pills for alopecia and Bathmate. Yeah, i´m pretty shit.
My initial measurements were taken while watching porn, erection went away fast as i tried to measure.
I have 15-20 minutes daily for hot shower, will do 4:3 ratio jelqs:V-jelqs (as many as i can right away), followed by some edging. I will take my final initial measurements again after that.
Upcoming months will be tough and time consuming because of the project i´m working on, so no working out or excessive PE. Girth is primary target.4/5/15

If you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety.
You don't need to use a Bathmate to gain, manual is more than enough, for now, your focus should be on conditioning. Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Quitting porn will also help you a lot.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.
There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.
