    Howdy guys. I first read about jelqing back in highschool when i was a wee lad of 16. I jelqed on and off for about 3 months and had a small amount of girth gains. Now, at 22, i'm going to attempt to make a return and diligently keep up with a PE routine for the next two years and perhaps longer if I feel compelled. After scanning several forums/websites I found this one to be packed full of helpful users, threads, and the focus here on PEgym seems to be more centered around self-improvement and motivation. My reason behind starting a PE program is for personal growth, both mentally and physically. Along with starting a PE routine, I'm taking steps too constantly improve my physical and mental strength as to have a better overall well-being and get more confidence. By doing this, I hope to maintain a happy and fulfilling life! "Operation PE" along with my 2015 New Year's resolution's of eating right, working out, thinking right, diligent study/research, and working on breaking bad habits, is going to keep me on the straight path to my goals and personal fulfillment. about me: 153 lbs, 5' 7, BPEL: 7.25 & EG: 5.375. Currently masturbating every other day and having casual "booty call" sex every 2-3 weeks. Why I want PE: Up until age 21, I'd had around 10-15 sexual encounters. Although I was young, attractive, and had a penis slightly above average size, I didn't have enough "gusto/confidence" to engage females into sexual activities. All of my sexual encounters were started and engaged by the girl. This inability to "break the sexual ice" inhibited my ability to get a girlfriend. I've still never had an official girlfriend. Although, I'm not completely hopeless, I've been on plenty of dates and have been intimately involved with many girls. I was too nervous to ever bring myself to kiss a girl up until age 17, despite having a large amount of girls express their sentiments of attraction and desire to me. Because of my lack of sexual and relationship experience in highschool, I'm now 22 and feel crippled in my sober ability to "break the ice" leading up to the first kiss, and the first time having sex together. PE along with my NY resolutions, are going to help me liberate myself from my fears and increase my confidence. Thanks for reading!!     Mental PE - Creating The Right Mindset



    If you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety.


    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    welcome to the gym buddy. I am also 22 and if your into self improvement then this is the place for you. Good news your starting stats are already really good btw. Even if you gained a lil youd be considered large. I guess what im saying is your penis size shouldnt ever hold you back.

    For your concerns about getting a girlfriend you should check out this guys videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0hg1xWhid8 He teaches guys how to get laid, get a girlfriend or how to date multiple women. Hes super funny and the stuff he teaches really works. Ive slept with 10women after i started following his advice and now i even got a girlfriend out of it.

Choose a conditioning routine like JP90, take pics (or you'll regret it later), start a journal and log in regularly to monitor your progress and stay motivated.
