Hey guys,
Yesterday I took some time to go through some info on the forum, like: "Safety First" and "Conditioning your penis" and after some thoughtful reading I decided to start by doing the "JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine".
My current measurements are: BPEL - 6.5 and MSEG - 4.7; I would like to achieve 7.5 in length and 5.9 in girth.
I'm doing this because although I like my penis, I want it to be healthier and a little bit bigger.
I'll keep track of my progress and post it here!
Questions:
- Is there any kind of ratio of gains between length and girth or it depends on the exercises and each individual? (or both)
- If I would prefer girth gains over length, is there any specific exercise that anyone would recommend?
- Is doing the full JP's 90 routine ok as a starting point or should I do less repetitions to start?
- I also noticed that in JP's 90 routine there are no down stretches. Is this intended? If yes, why?
- What do you recommend for starters: 5 days on, 2 off or 2 days on, 1 off? (seen in some posts, didn't quite understand if one is better than the other or it depends)
Thanks,
Best regards,

to the Gym!
Don't miss this thread!!!
If you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Favor jelqing if your goal is girth, the higher the erection level the more you target girth, but as a beginner you must not exceed 65% for safety. Later on, and after your gains have stalled, you can try something slightly more intense.
Start with a light routine, such as PESG's or half the reps outlined in JP90.
Stretch in all directions, and do not pull too hard.
As a beginner, 2 ON 1 OFF would be good.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hello dpppinto!
Welcome to our friendly and helpful community and thanks for the introduction!
Kudos to you taking the time to read through those all important "Safety First" and "Conditioning Your Penis" threads. The JP90 is an excellent beginner routine. Rather than tracking your journey on your introduction thread, it may be better to start a progress log in our Progress Forum so other members wishing to offer their encouragement, support and advice can find you more easily.
I also wanted to stop by to let you know that there are also some insightful and supportive ladies available on the forum as well should you have any questions for us. We can often be located in the following forums:

Thank ya'll
MrB8 - Thank you for the tips. That's a really nice topic by PESG! It's simple and easy. Think I'm going to try his workout intensity for at least the first months.
The Passionate Wife - I'll create my progress log after my first week in that part of the forum as you recommended. Also really good topics covered in the "A Woman's Perspective" part of the forum, thanks!
Additional questions:
- Is masturbation good as a helper for the warm up?
- If I warm up in the bath, with nice warm water on my penis, do I still need to do it for 10 minutes or less time is required?
- If I want to do some edging after my workout, do I have to wait before doing it?
- Does edging also count as warm down or I should do a warm down regardless of this?
- Should I kegel during Jelqs? Or only during stretching? (or both)
Thanks,

Welcome aboard!
As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE! link that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.
There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.
Good luck and always PE safely. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Hey dpppinto!
Welcome to the Gym.
Masturbation should help with your warm up and also keep you from getting an erection during your routine. However, you should also apply a little heat, warm wash cloth or rice sock.
Warm water in the bath should do as a warm up but do a few jelqs and stretches as you soak.
Edging should be ok after a workout, provided your dick doesn't feel fatigued. However, you should still do a light warm down.
Kegels are always good at any time
Also, don't forget to take good beginning photos because you will regret it later on when you start to make gains and your eyes are unable to perceive any gains.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
