Just another newbie. I heard about this forum years ago, and I hardly ever did the exercises. Wish I didn't stop :/ anyways Now that I've been working out at the gym for 2 yrs, I figure I'd workout my manhood! I did my measurements and read the Jp90. I'm just about average erect 6.75x 5, if I remember correctly. Umm. I wouldn't mind getting bigger, I mean who wouldn't?! I haven't had any complaints from ladies that I know of. My main concern achieving an erection when about to have intercourse. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I know it's me mentally, I'm always concern about my performance and what the girl is gonna think. Part of me says go see a urologist, but I'll give this a try first. Any tips you may have will be appreciated.

Welcome to the GYM! JP 90 is a great routine to start your PE journey! I was in the same boat as you came here for EQ specifically as day to day stress took a toll on the quality of my erections. First few months I just focused on conditioning my penis but I noticed an improvement in erection quality pretty quickly which gave me early motivation to continue. The amount of information that is available on this site for free is just amazing take advantage of it. PE is a marathon/lifestyle not a sprint/quick fix, just keep an open mind and give it a fair shot results should follow. GL to you!Started Sept 2014: BPEL 7.25...EG 5.30

The great members above have given you some great advice. If you haven't already, start with one of the beginner routines that can be found in the START HERE! link at the top of the page. There is a lot of other information in there that you should read so use you time during the beginner conditioning period to learn as much as you can. As always, don't hesitate to ask questions, the members here are very helpful.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.
