    hello dear forumer, i already start the jp90 routine for 3 days and today will be the 4th days. i want to do this pe excercise because my penis, is small, thanks to my ethnicity. I'm from Malaysia.

    i have some questions regarding measuring up my penis. when the penis is 100 %erect,
    how do you measure the BPEL? i used a ruler and press the ruler hard until it touch my pelvic bone. is that right? i don't want to overestimate my size.
    without pressing hard, My BPEL is 4.5 inches, if i press hard, the length is 5 inches.

      thanks for your advise, feels good to know my penis is longer now. lol. i am a skinny men and the fat pad already hide half an inches there. is it possible to lose all the fat on that area?

        From what I've heard, losing the paddy fat is somewhat hard, due to it being such a specific area. I suggest you to keep doing cardiovascular exercise ( running, swimming etc ). I've been running for around three months now, and it's slimming down down there, pretty lucky, I guess.

          all of it...probably not without being so underweight it's unhealthy...but maybe you could loose half of it...really depends on your body and your genetics.

          Btw some of us have 1"...so don't feel too bad. lol

            Hello. You are only a little below average, so your penis is really not that small. And it would be very hard to lose all of that fat.
            Start (Dec 2014)
            bpel: 7.0"

            July 9 2015:
            bpel: 7.4375"
            bpfsl: 8.00"

            Mar 27 2016:
            bpfsl: 8 and 3/8"
            bpel: 7 and 11/16"

            January 2017 (after a 10 month break):
            bpfsl: 8.00"

                0,5 inches is nothing dude
                30/03/2015 => 6.3 inches Bpel
                4.7 inches girth at the base, and 4.9 at max

                22/10/2015 =>
                NBPEL : 6.1 inches
                6,9 inches Bpel ( +0,6)
                4.9 inches at the base, 5.2 at max (+ 0,3)

                First goal : 7.1 x 5.3
