    hi all, penis size hasnt really ever bothered me, i dont consider myself big or small. I've been bodybuilding for 3 years and see great results, I guess i never though the guy downstairs could benefit from the same kind of exercise? anyway ill get my measurements on and start the 90 day program for beginners and see what happens!.... ill restain myself from getting too carried away with the exercises, over training must apply here too.

    Welcome letsgrow.
    Yes overtraining does apply to pe, so preceeding with some restraint is good practise.
    You seem to have a good attitude.
