    I've been reading these forums for a few days, and I love the helpful and supporting atmosphere here. This feels like a support group for men in general, and it's great. Awesome feeling of comradery here on the forums. I'm 30, a serious competitive athlete with single body fat percentage levels who hits the gym on the daily. Finding out that our dicks can also grow and adapt to stress like the rest of our body is a pretty fun discovery for me

    Background information. When I was 16 or so, I thought I had a small dick. I'd always cover up when peeing and couldn't pee if someone was looking, etc. I'm a pretty extreme case of a grower (in all my muscles in general), so that's what probably gave me that idea and insecurity. I researched PE back then but never did anything because, upon investigating average penis size, I realized that I'm already above average. I measured myself at around 5.9" back then. I carried more body fat then. First time I had sex subsequently dispelled my fears of being small.

    I had assumed that I roughly stayed the same around 6" and had never re-measured since then. 6" is what I told girls who asked. Today, I measured my morning wood and it came out to 7.2-7.3" BPEL. My fat pad is pretty much zero, so.. Ha, what a pleasant surprise

    Now the cool part for the community is the following. I've read a lot of inspirational success stories here about the feedback girls give on PE, and thoroughly enjoyed these stories myself. I want to give back as well!

    I am an open relationship (polyamorous) person, and I have 2 girlfriends and 3-5 extra sex friends. They are all good looking Asian girls (Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Taiwanese, Korean) 4'11" to 5'5" and 80-115 lb, early 20's to early 40's. All of them lead a healthy lifestyle and in great shape. I can't tolerate anyone who drinks more than occasionally, or eats junk or doesn't take care of their body in any other way. As I progress on my PE journey, I can provide quite a lot of fun feedback from a number of hot and horny females.

    Just to be clear, I'm not a player. I do not drink or party at all. I don't use pickup lines, or any of that nonsense.

    Yes, I quite enjoy my yellow fever. I also do enjoy my MILF fix as well. I have excellent sex skills, which I've researched and practiced thoroughly over the years. YES, I too was a noob who could only last a few minutes when I first started. YES, I didn't know how to lick, finger, or which angles to use for penetration. YES, I didn't know how to make a girl cum. However, all these are in the past. I strive to always learn more and apply myself better in this area, and other areas important to me.

    Why am I doing this?

    A number of girls have outright said that they love my cock. To small girls (which is my type), this here is a very satisfying size.

    1) When exploring various angles and positions, I can tell that they could fit more dick, especially girth wise. I can bottom most out to the cervix (some love it, some do not) in certain positions and I really enjoy that feeling.
    2) Which guy doesn't want to have a bigger dick? I don't know any. I guess I'm no different.
    3) I'm very used to improving my body (gained 20 lb lean muscle, doubled my lifts, etc), so I just enjoy the process of self improvement that exercise brings.
    4) I need to work on my EQ. I engage in a lot of high level exercise (tired) and a lot of sex as well. I can benefit from kegels (which I haven't done), as it's a natural part of the whole routine. I'm sure it's better than most but not perfect yet.
    5) This is the most surprising one to me. Because I asked them. I surveyed the girls, asking how they'd like my dick to be a bit longer and thicker. I offered neutral, good, and negative options. Responses -

    1) "Yes please. I think it would hit the spot even better." (Already so tight have to be very careful putting it in because it hurts)
    2) "I love it as at is, but YES" (Hurt me once because it was so tight)
    3) "I love your size, but for me definitely yes" (Overall best feeling pussy I've ever seen)
    4) Neutral. My note: honestly, I think this one in particular would enjoy it. Biased against by a previous negative experience of some big dick guy who didn't know what foreplay was, or how to use his weapon for pleasure.
    5) Neutral / unsure. My note: in my opinion, she would. I have to work hard in some positions to hit the spot.
    (may add more later)

    I'm actually very surprised by these results. What this tells me is that size DEFINITELY matters. The above ladies know very well that I'm thick skinned, and I made it very clear that I wouldn't be offended at all by their responses. So we have 3 very enthusiastic yes'es (2 of which are from girls I REALLY want to please), and 2 very probable yes'es. Zero negative. It's a no brainer, project going ahead

    Caveat

    There have been a number of girls for whom I was a bit too big or borderline. For these (even though they aren't included in the above survey), I know that it may very well be neutral and for some a NEGATIVE experience. With them, I couldn't go hard or all the way on all angles, or I would hurt them. What I'm saying is that over 7" may be too big for some people, and plan accordingly. On the other hand, you can always adjust and use different positions in order to make it an enjoyable experience for them.

    Goals

    As I mentioned above, I like petite girls. My goals are not at all extreme, and I don't want to hurt them in a way that they don't enjoy I'll just do the JP90 routine and see how it goes. I have a tentative shorter term goal of hitting 8" BPEL, and increasing the girth a half inch maybe (I'll measure it shortly, it's quite proportional to length). A longer term goal for me would potentially be 8" NBPEL, which isn't much over BPEL due to my low body fat percentage.

    So I've experimented with a number of exercises consistently almost every day (sometimes twice) for the last 3.5 weeks. I just re-measured, and it came out to 7.6 BPEL. I haven't been doing kegels enough, need to step that up. No injuries, very little soreness. EQ may be a little better

    I think you're one step ahead with your experience in other areas of body improvement. You already know that there are no quick fixes. Real improvement only comes as a function of effort, consistency and time.

    For sure. So far, I've noted EQ improvements, and a psychological boost of self-confidence from PE. It wasn't really lacking either, but it's even better now. I'm fairly certain that my minor gain is EQ related mostly.

    Guys sometimes randomly approach me to ask me about my legs - i.e. how I got them so big. No big deal: just squat and deadlift for an hour or two every other day for a few years In other words, for 1000 hours. I'm sure that anyone who starts with an average dick and PE's for 1000 hours will also have an impressive one at the end.

    I believe those who put in thousands of hours on here over years gain massively, such as 1.5-2 in length, and 50-75% in terms of volume.

    It's been looking longer lately. I re-measured and it came out to 7.75 BPEL. Yay!

    I haven't been super consistent due to circumstances, but I'm hitting it up every day now.
