Hey guys just dropping a line since I'm new here. I've been doing research for a while and finally decided to try out the PE experience.

I started my exercising 3 weeks ago. I have built up a progression based workout off of Kemmer's book and taken a few tips from the forums to gear it towards my personal vendetta (girth):

    Start Dec 21, 2009
    Week 1 Monday-Saturday

10 min Warm Up with Rice Filled Sock
5 min stretch (Out, down, up, right, left)
10 min Jelq (count 300 and then stop counting until timer is off)
    60 JAI Stretches
    60 Kegles
10 30 sec Two Hand Squeezes for Girth

    Week 2 Monday-Saturday

    10 min Warm UP
    7 min Stretch
    13 min Jelq
    80 JAI stretches
    180 Kegles
    10 30 sec Squeezes

    Week 3 Monday-Friday

    10 min Warm Up
9 min Stretch (now incorporating helicopters, kegles, and rotating)
16 min Jelq (now alternating between V-jelg and normal)
    90 JAI stretches
    240 Kegles
    10 30 sec Squeezes

    Date Dec 21, 2009
    BPEL: 6 13/16"
    BPEG: 4 1/4"

Also another question for guys like remek or hotrod, how do you attach dates and gains so they show up every time you post at the bottom?

My goal is girth b/c length will come easier (as seen by evidence on the forum) so does anyone have a progression based girth program that has shown results out there?

    Thanks
    b7-
