    I am 22 and my erect length is 6.6" and girth is 4.5" i want to increase the penis head and the length to 7.25" and girth to 5.5"
    I Started doing the exercises from this week.. I am doing as per the beginner's routines..
    the routines are stretching for 20min.. jelqing for 12min (around 280 jelqs :P ).. 2 days on 1day off.. I am not using any pumps since i can't afford it..
    Is This routine Is enough ??
    I am Planning to do double squeeze too.. Can i Do after jelqing?? Or It is advanced??
    Can i Do Ballooning During dayoff?? since edging is very hard to do it..

    That routine is enough. Don't do squeezes yet, at least give it a month before trying or adding other exercises. You can balloon or edge on days off or after your routine, they actually work well with your routine.

          Welcome to the Gym.

          I recommend you read through https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.


          Continue with your beginners routine and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.


          Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

            Hey cocky. WELCOME ABOARD! Focus on doing the exercises correctly before adding reps, intensity and devices, or more advanced exercises. Best to guard against injury before your "cocky" cock is conditioned for PE! Stay focused, be consistent in your routine, and start a journal in the progress forum to log your routine, stay motivated, and get feedback from other members! MOST IMPORTANTLY, PE SAFELY!

                  sometimes i think PE newbies see the JP90 finish line and automatically assume they need to increase intensity.i wonder if anyone has done the JP90 more than the 3 months and kept gaining.it would be awesome if you could find the right combination of time doing JP90 and scheduled decon breaks to keep the newbie type gains going and never really have to hang, clamp ,or pump.think of all the time you could save.it's unfortunate lots of newbies don't realize this possibility in the beginning.
