    Hello Everybody!

    I have been reading here for a while now and have not committed to any beginner program yet. I have done a ton of reading and have already learned a lot of useful information here about rating your level of hardness for controlling ejaculation. Over the summer I gave up porn and it didn't take long for me to notice my dick was a lot harder when I was with my girlfriend. When she want back to work last month I started up again because sex was limited to the weekends and it didn't take long for my EQ to decrease.

    I deleted all the porn from my computer two days ago. I was able to successfully edge yesterday and today without ejaculating (I use a fleshlight) just to the thoughts of my girlfriend. I love reading the forums and do so any chance I get. I used to do weightlifing 3 days a week for about 2 years and thought to myself, if I made that kind of commitment I could do it for this easily! Before I start a program I do want to make sure that my EQ is back being fully solid again.

    My npBEL is approximately 6.5 inches and my MEG varies between 4.25-4.5 inches. I've narrowed it down to either PESG's beginner program and Jon Pop's 90 Day. I am perfectly happy with my length and really do not want to increase it, but I do realize it will probably grow in the quest for girth. I do not want my length to exceed 7.5 npBEL, but want to have a MEG of 5-5.25 inches. If none of that happens I will be more than happy with better EQ and a better flacid

    Because I was able to manage an weightlifting routine on top of school and work, I want to start off doing one of the programs on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Split. If PI's are good after a month or two and I am confident I and doing the exercises properly, I would like to do a Monday Tuesday, Thursday Friday split. I want to slowly build my way up to a 2 on 1 off unless it is advised not to do that? Any feedback is greatly appreciated sorry for the lengthy post, but I am glad to be a part of this community.

    How about cookies? Now if you were really glad to join this place don't you think cookies would have helped? I know flowers may have been easier but I can't eat them. This is why they hate when I welcome new guys. Okay enjoy yourself, learn, post, ask questions and bake cookies!!!!!!

        Welcome aboard!

        Sound like you have been doing your research, that's great. Quitting porn is also good, it will certainly help with bringing your EQ back. I wouldn't hold off on starting a routine until you EQ comes back, one of the first results many see with PE is improved EQ. The plan you have looks good to start. I'm glad that you have read up on PI's, it's important to know to help keep you in the best zone for gains.

        Oh yes, bringing them food and rum will not help you gain any faster, but it does help to get on their good side.

                              Thank you all for the replies.

                              I do get herpes breakouts near the base of my penis. When dealing with a breakout, is it advisable to start the jelq above the sore more towards the middle or to avoid it all together. I really want to be consistent with this but do not want to further spread the infection.
