    Hi everyone hope yo guyd are well and good, so i have started my PE journy last week, i hope to gain 2 inches..that would be a dream, 2.5 would be even better, im takeing days off at the moment because i did my jelks with a bit of force and my EQ and morning wood went down, but now its been 4 days resting and my EQ is pritty much back to normal but my falccid hang is very full and fat pritty much all day, i was wondering if thats a good thing or bad? and also my penis is very sorf and suttle, what dose this mean, do i need more rest because normally it would not be like this. I have been surfing the internet and this forum to learn more about PE and i have cleared some things up but the questions that i have written above are bothering me, im more than willing to be dedicated everyday and make time out of my dayly scedual to PE but with good guidence, please if anyone with good experience can help i would really appriceat it and can hopefully help others with some problems they might have... if any one has a hairloss problem i could definatly help with that as i have regrown my hair in the past 2 months on my receeding hairline, i know this has nothing to do with PE but if sum one up here is helping me with something then in return the least i can do is offer my knowlage back in some other way, anyway i really hope to get some help, peace out

    Hi dingle, and welcome to the gym. 2 inches is a lofty goal. Not impossible, but will take a lot of time and dedication. The best advice I can give you is to take it slow and steady. Patience my friend, Rome wasn't built in a day. Start out with a beginner routine which you can find located under the "Start Here" tab at the top of the page. Remember to ease yourself in. Start with maybe half of the reps and slowly add in reps as you go depending on your PI's. Follow the routine and you should realize your newbie gains within a few months. From there it gets a little trickier, but we will cross that bridge then. As far as the fuller flaccid, that is a good sign, and the soft suppleness could be from the lube you are using. Oil perhaps? That will make it soft and supple. Stay diligent, consistent, and patient and you will do just fine. Good luck brother.

    Fuller and fatter flaccid hang is a good sign. You did the right thing resting up, bad PI's and always rest because at that point you aren't doing anything good to yourself just over training.

    I wood set a lower goal for now say a half an inch. Easier mentally if you are shooting at goals that can be attained in the near future. 2 inches will most likely take you years. You wood be surprised at what an extra half an inch girth and length fells like.

    im using a water based lube, i find that works better for me, i have used baby oil but the stroks were not good quality, the fuller flaccid i dont know if thats a good sign or not but im going to rest a bit more anyway, 2 inches everytime i say that on this forum people start saying oooh thats too much but in reality iv have spoken to sooo many people that have attained it in 6 months or just a bit more, when i first bumped into PE i tryed it only for a week and that time i started off slowly for a few days and my workouts were very good with exceptional pi's(that time i did not know about pi's), but just as i noticed its working i cranked up the intensity and that messed everything up, so i stoped, but now im back at it but this time im more serious, i just had a bad start, im going to try find that write medium of excersises again and see how it goes, thank for your reply guys i appriciate it

    I didn't mean to deter you. 2" is very possible, I'm just saying it will take time and patience. Some guys gain no problem, others like myself have only managed .5" in length and .3" in girth over the course of 1.5 years. I was very diligent and consistent with my routines but am apparently a hard gainer. Yet I have heard others claim over an inch in 3-6 months, so anything is possible. But like Wiltard said, its a good idea to set lower goals first. Then when you achieve them you can set a new one until you are up to your ideal goal. And a fuller flaccid hang is a positive PI, and is a good sign. So long as you have no negative PI's your good to go. As far as a routine goes, have you looked at JP90? It is a great beginner routine, but can be pretty intense. Start with half the reps and work up to the full routine over the course of the 90 days. Good luck brother, I sincerely hope you reach your goals.

    yea i get what you mean, but for me it is important to set the final goal because when i look at that final goal everyday i get that hunger and motivation straight away, i have also found out that i have hard flaccid, i was confusing that with a fuller flaccid, hard flaccid is not a PI, i have to take time off PE but would you know how long?, i have looked at jp90 and to be honest that is a lot of volume for me, i can tell that about myself for sure, im going to rest for now untill im back to normal but in the mean time im just gonna have to run around the forums and knowledge myself more so that i can come at this better next time, and thanks man i hope we all get there

    Glad to have you here, dingle123!

    First, you did the right thing by listening to your body cues on when you've overdid PE. That's really important!

    So, are you saying your flaccid hang is fuller than normal? If so, this is likely do from the increased blood supply to your penis, as it heals those microtears. That's typically a good sign - as long as there's no pain associated.
