Hello everyone. It's my first time here and hopefully you will be able to help me, I will keep it as short as possible.
- 2 months ago, had sex with gf, after ejaculating some red spots appeared and after a few days some of them became brown (pigmented), others smaller like capillaries erupted, and the meatus looks pretty irritated (reddish, and the inside of the penis head is dark).
- Freaked out but I said to give it a break, had sex again another spot appeared. I took a longer break + took it easy (reduced friction), but small capillaries seem to still burst (the spots are not that visible or anything but I would like to treat them for good and to prevent this from happening again).
Do you have any idea what could it be? I have went to two dermatologists already (one said micosis, treatment did not work cause when I finished the act the same thing happened again), and the other said that it's normal (doubt it), and if I want to reduce the color of the spots I should use lemon juice. What could be the cause (friction or anything else)? What could I use to support healing and preventing future spots? Are certain supplements going to help (for circulation, such as arginine, or cream/lotion)?

Did you wear a condom during sex? Condom size too small? Rough sex? Anal? are you circumcised or no? Were you wearing a cock ring, glans ring or have a penis piercing? Sounds like you're putting too much pressure on your glans, assuming the spots are all on your head. Broken capillaries from sex are unusual, IMO, unless your GF is not lubricated enough, or something is causing unusually high pressure on your glans during sex.

Thank you for the response @jockinthebox, now to answer. Now I do not use (pill), and when I used the condom size was good, no problem, can not say the sex is that rough (the problem is this happened recently, I mean I had sex last year as well of course and nothing happened), no anal, no circumcision, no rings. The spots are on the shaft, which makes it even scarier. I reduced pressure, and besides the fact that she is lubricated, I use lube nonetheless..
@Dangler Thank you for the reply. No problems, we tested for STD's and nothing is wrong there. I would go to another doctor but I wanted to ask for other opinions, and hopefully I would manage to solve this.
-The good part is is that I do not have the red spots after ejaculating anymore, but some of the capillaries still take that darker spot/bruised look.Last edited by PKo93; 11-16-2015 at 01:58 AM.

***93,
First, welcome to PEGym!
Second, I think I'd respectfully disagree with the dermatologist that told you this was "normal." I'll say this clearly - obviously, I'm not a doctor, but it would seem to be common sense that if you've had sex in the past and this didn't happen, and now it is... that's not normal. (Not to mention the fact that I've never heard of this occurring during sex.)
I was thinking like jock -- that perhaps a cock ring was in use, when you said the spots were on the shaft. If it's burst capillaries, that's usually due to more blood pressure than they can handle, which could occur with a cock ring, which prevents blood from exiting the penis.
If you're saying you weren't using a cock ring (and you've ruled out STDs or other infections), I'd see a urologist - NOT a dermatologist. Remember, a dermatologist is typically focused on the skin. The problem may be something internal, preventing blood from exiting the penis (like a cock ring - but in your body).
Definitely talk to a doctor - but go with someone other than a dermatologist this time.
