  • Hi all

I'm new to the forums, but have been reading for a while now. I'm here looking to do the same thing as everyone else. I recently purchased a Bathmate (has not even arrived yet) and now I'm a little disappointed after reading more, hanging and jelqing seemed to be most effective. I'll get a routine figured out.

Anyway, looking forward to this and hopefully seeing some progress.

Welcome, MUGGS! Glad you joined us! Begin by READING ALL the threads in START HERE tab, top left, grey bar, then take correct measurements, tale pics (or you'll regret it later) select a routine JP90 or PESG, start a journal in the progress forum to stay motivated , log your exercises and get feedback from other members, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, PE SAFELY!

Once you complete the 90 day conditioning routine, you can begin using your bathmate to expand your initial newbie gains, so it's a device you'll use frequently in the future. Most members just recommend you maximize your benefits from manual exercises before moving to devices. There's no harm in trying it now, but it's optional.

I am not related to the famous J. Fred Muggs, I'm afraid. If I was, you all would probably find me more entertaining. I'm going to take some measurements and read through JP90s post now. Thanks

          Hey Muggs!

          Welcome to the Gym.

I also recommend you read through https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

            Welcome to PEGym. Muggs888!

Don't be disappointed! The Bathmate is a great addition to a manual routine, to help you get to your goals faster, than if you just did manual exercises alone.

Hanging is also great - Check out the LG Hanger https://www.pegym.com/products/lg-hanger-package - but, really best suited for more advanced PE'ers, since it's easier to injure yourself with hanging.

Be sure to head over to the Bathmate forum - https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...ump-com-q.html - they can help you with a good routine.
