I'm still new to PE. Had to take a break because I thought I was overdoing things. I'm starting up again and would like to add .50" within 6 months.
Current stats are 6.2 NBPEL, 6.7 BPEL and 5.6 girth. I'm doing 125 jelqs, two days on, one off, and 25-50 kegels on those days for EQ. Seems like my dick seems bigger on those jelqing days.

Keep up the good work as long as you are making gains.If things start to slow down, you might want to consider one of the beginners routines. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
