Hello everyone, I really hope this condition is not permanent like my doctor makes it seem to be. Long story short I'm 28, recently separated and just started a relationship with someone special. I have had problems getting / staying erect for as long as I can remember (18 was the first time having sex). I started watching porn and masturbating at age 13. My doctor says by stopping watching porn I should see a difference in the bedroom which I understand. I've also gained 100 pounds during my 7 year marriage and my wife ended up gaining a lot of weight and I found myself not being able to get and stay up or getting up and not staying up. I've had sex with my girlfriend a few times now and the first time I couldn't get over 50% erect which was embarrassing and the next time a few days later it was a little better but still couldn't get it to stay erect for longer than a minute. Could someone point me in the right direction? Should I get another opinion from another doctor?

What permanent condition did your doc say that you had?

He didn' necessarily call it any condition just said it was most likely ED. I drank heavy for about 10 years and I've been sober for almost 2 months now with no change that I can notice so he didn't seem to think it was alcohol related. To my knowledge, I've always had this problem since the first time I had sex. I also want to know if there are ways to naturally make yourself bigger, is that possible?

Go read the beginners section on the JP90 workout, read some of our posts on your brain on porn and then we'll talk.
