    Hey everyone, I've decided to add a PE routine to my life mainly in the hopes of increasing the quality and longevity of my erections, increased size would be a bonus for me.

    I'm a 20 year old male with a girlfriend of almost 2 years, and for the past few months have been having some trouble keeping erections, mainly because of my porn and masturbation habits that I'm trying to get rid of as well. I can still have sex but I can definitely feel the difference compared to before.

    I have yet to take my starting measurements correctly (have to look that up!) but measured from base until tip (not pressing into the skin at all) I am about 17cm long. I know this isn't small by any means but I'd like to have a healther penis.

    I started 3 days ago with this simple routine, and currently plan on doing 1 day on 1 day off (similar to my gym)

    5 min warm up
    5 min stretches
    10 min jelqing
    50 kegels
    5 min warm down.

    Any input or tips are appreciated!

    Hey bro, welcome! Good starting with 1 day on / 1 day off, I'm also doing that, start slow then adjust according to how your body responds. Have you seen the PI post? They could help you monitor what's going on.

    Good attitude IronGymmer! Welcome! Like you, I came to the gym to improve my EQ, but I found the exercises to be fun & addictive and figured, why not? I'm now almost a year into it and have gained MUCH improved EQ along with 1,25" in length and ,75" in girth. Both my GF & I love my new size, too!

    Begin by READING ALL the threads in START HERE, top left grey bar, then following the directions given, take correct measurements, take pics (or you'll regret it later), select a routine (JP90) or PESG, start a journal in the progress forum to log your routine, stay motivated and get feedback from other members, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, PE SAFELY! Glad you joined us!

    Also, join the AP90 Group in the pre-E forum, Kick the PORN HABIT FOR GOOD!

    Thanks for the replies guys, I've checked out what you suggested and will be starting a log soon.
    Plan on doing PESG 1 on 1 off for a week or two before possibly moving on to 2 on 1 off.

    I also joined the AP90 group, currently doing nofap december but I'm definitely willing to extend that to 90 days!
