    Hi,

    iv come to admit....I need a larger penis.....so iv been reading some of these forums you guys have been on.

    basically how can i get a bigger one? Do extenders and jelquing actually work? And if so can you give me some of ur experiences?

    Id really really appreciate some help guys.

    Thanks for the boost mate. Unfortunately i really do. Its only at 4.5" erect . Do you have suggestions/experiances?

    Before using devices, it's always recommended newbies complete a 90 day conditioning routine, like I mentioned in my earlier post. That way, you're less likely to injure yourself, you can benefit from newbie EQ gains & maybe even size, both length & girth; plus you save $$$ not shelling out for devices that may never be necessary to attain your goals. Try manual exercises FIRST. It's the way ALL beginners should start!

    Each guy reacts differently to PE and some routines work better than others depending on the make-up of your dick. I combined different elements of the beginners routines for about a year before starting working with an extender. However, I also started pumping from the beginning because I needed help with my ED.
