Hey guys,
First of all let me begin by thanking the pegym-admin-team, for their warm response.

Great thats why I am here.So lets get started.
I want to do PE, because I want to gain length and girth. I am a self conscious male, but when it comes to the bedroom I haven't really had the best experiences, because I could not be the man I wanted to be.
I had never a problem, because a woman rejected me because of size, but I always wanted a little more, just out of technical reasons (for example: rhthym during sex, different positions -> doggystyle; getting a properly handjob). All these things were not very satisfying in the last years and so all of these things accumulated to my desire to do something about it.
I have heard lots of stories about PE, but there was always this one question, that could never be eradicated as a fact: Could I harm myself? I know there are many people who have achieved great results, but is there anyone who could inform me about the dangers. I absolutely don't want to risk a condition like erectile dysfunction, just for the outcome of having bigger genitalia in the unerect state. I would definetly choose my current state, if any of the exercises, devices, etc. could result in a condition like or near that. Just to set my absolute red line.
There was this one adult movie star - Alex Gonz. I always wondered if he was an example of "PE gone wrong". I hope you get what I mean.
I have also read, that many people recommend by starting with lenghtening first and then work on girth. Is that the common sense in the community nowadays?
I was considering "phallosan" for lenght and "bathmate" for girth, to achieve a lenght gain of approximately 1-1,5 inches, and a girth gain of 0,5-0,8 inches. Are these realistic targets?

You err on the gentle side, and you do not get in a hurry to get this accomplished in 40 days.
During this time, learn about different aspects, terms, exercises, methods.

Welcome aboard!
Dangler has given you some great advice and an important link to help get you started. PE is safe if it is approached sensibly. Those you wish to be aggressive in hopes of fast gains are the ones who usually end up injuring their self. Read as much as you can, approach it with knowledge, caution and most importantly, patience.

Thank you guys for the information and your encouraging words. Could you also help on how to decide which method to use (extender, jelqing etc.) Is there some kind of guide for that as well?

If you go to the START HERE! link at the top of the page you can find some beginner routines in there. The JP90 is a popular one and has worked well for many. There is a lot of other great and important information in there that will help you get started safely and effectively. Do plenty of reading, knowledge will important for your success.

Guys, I have just started with the JP 90 day programme and feel quite excited about it. I have also decided to order the Phallosan forte, but I am not sure, if I should do it already now, or after I have completed the program. What do you folks think?

I would suggest you get at least 1/2 to 2/3 way through your conditioning, and in the interim, do more research, see what you find.
Be somewhat on the safe side.

The best general advice I can give on this subject- start with less intensity on your exercises than you'd use to masturbate with. Even if it takes a few sessions for you to find the right level of reps and force, you can always train "up" in your next session to accomplish that.
