Hey everyone, I have been to this forum a couple times and have done some of the exercise but have never been consistent with it at all. I am here obviously to increase my size as I am slightly self conscious of my size. I am a 19 yr old Chinese student and have also recently bought a bathmate. I will be creating a log in this forum to track my progress and hopefully learn from you guys!
My plan is to use a modified Jp90 day program along with bathmate on different days.
So jelq/stretches on day 1, BM day 2, Rest day 3. Rinse and repeat
If I measured correctly, I am currently at BPEL: 6 / NBEL: 5.2 / Girth: 4.5
