Hey everyone, I have been to this forum a couple times and have done some of the exercise but have never been consistent with it at all. I am here obviously to increase my size as I am slightly self conscious of my size. I am a 19 yr old Chinese student and have also recently bought a bathmate. I will be creating a log in this forum to track my progress and hopefully learn from you guys!
My plan is to use a modified Jp90 day program along with bathmate on different days.
So jelq/stretches on day 1, BM day 2, Rest day 3. Rinse and repeat
If I measured correctly, I am currently at BPEL: 6 / NBEL: 5.2 / Girth: 4.5
Feel free to drop any advice below

Sounds like you've done your reading and research. Most will advise to do the 90 day JP routine first before going on to or adding devices...if you are going to do both from the start pay special attention to your PI's and take it one day at a time.

I agree. Start slowly. I didn't and that was my mistake, but thankfully I did not injury myself. Don't take the risk. The JP90 is a fine routine to begin with, and then when you have conditioned your penis, the more advanced activities will be a welcomed and appropriate change.
I plan on adding a BM too, but I'm waiting till I get my 90 days in.

BTW, make sure to keep a log, take good measurements (be consistent with the way you measure; if you are not sure on the ones you have taken, measure again, I had to do that) and take pics, for your reference. It will amaze you!Start (11.7.15)

Welcome to the Gym.
I recommend you read through the Start Here but tom at top left of page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones
Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to
