Hi. I am 61 years old. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and had a robotic prostatecomy with the DaVinci machine. Prior to the surgery, I was almost 7" long. I am now just about 6".
After my surgery, I used a pump on a regular basis but lost interest and got discouraged. I have always worked out with weights and my body is in great shape. Time for me to work on my penis. I started the recommended beginning jelquing routine tonight. I'd be interested in advice from anyone on here as well as just chatting about our experiences and progress. Thanks.

The great amount of Research I have done is regarding nerve regeneration, LED light therapy, and also heat shock induced nerve regeneration from sauna/exercise. LED/laser helps to heal/regrow the nerves, both large and small. LED has helped me get more blood flow, more sensation in the skin, and cured my ED.
You could Try LED light therapy, or supplement like curcumin, etc.
Anything that raises your core body temp will increase nerve growth factors and vascular/nerve function.
Combining sauna, exercise, and maybe curcumin will help create an environment for optimum nerve recover.
there are also many herbs to increase nerve growth factors.
I had empty nose syndrome from a bad nose surgery, had lost 100% feeling in my nose, red light LED therapy helped me regain around 30-40 sensation which is a miracle.

I recommend you click on the Start Here button at top left of pagel Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones

Had partial nerve sparing surgery and nerve regeneration has been pretty good. Work on regaining and increasing size is my goal now. Thanks.

Thanks. I am familiar with FrankTalk. Erectile function is not that much of an issue.

I do find my libido has increased since I started jelqing and pumping 3 days ago.
