Hello members, I was wondering if there was anyone I can talk to over the phone or over email for some actual support. Don't mean to sound like a bitch but because I'm new this stuff it is still crazy to me. Just feel like I can use an experienced "mentor" if you will for some moral guidance and that little extra bit of motivation. That's all I am wondering. Below is my biography and the beginning to this stuff people do here. Thanks.
About to start process 1/1/2016. I have done a lot of research before starting and will be using this website to track everything. Initially very nervous, so I will be taking things very slow. Health is more important than anything. I don't want any injuries or any discolorations. I have read a lot on this site and have looked up and answered questions I thought I'd never ask as well as familiarize myself with relevant terminology. For the sake of health and wanting as much information about this as possible I am buying PeBible just to really understand the most important things. I am not afraid to dish out a little money if I plan on changing my body. I get plenty girls now, hot ones too. I just want extra for myself if safely possible. Thank you to the creators and members of this site. Hopefully I have a safe journey.

Welcome doejohnny, I'm guessing you have read through all the links at the "Start Here" page. And I imagine you've read the page on Physiological Indicators (PI's), keeping an eye on those is big part of keeping safe. The other is to go slow, only increasing reps/intensity a little each week. There are several beginner routines that good for conditioning yourself slowly over the first few months.
You may also consider the MECoach service run by BigAl. I've found him be quite knowledgeable.
