    Hi Guys, hope you are all doing great.
    I have decided to join you here, even though I have considered it for almost 3 months. But this day was the starting day at pegym for me.

    Im 31 years old, 183 cm, 80 kg and healthy and well.

    Diet consist of meat and veggies and nuts + supplement, aka Ketogenic diet
    Training is done 4 times a week: 2 x upper body + 2 timer lower body (including abs and back, and 4x30 sec. interval treadmill running at 18% incline)

    My goal is to be bigger girthwise and lenghtwise. Since I feel my size (6,1x4,6) affecting my mental Health sometimes

    Goals hiaraky:
    1. Get more libido (a lot more)
    2. Increase erection quality (get harder)
    3. Increase Girth to 6", to create more friction during sex and Thus more pleasure for me and partner
    4. Increase Length to 8" to be able to enjoy specific positions (my girl has a bubble butt)

    All these goals completed I will assume the following:
    1. feeling more relaxed in my masculinity
    2. no anxiety regarding sexual actions with a new girl
    3. just in general feeling better about my selv in this area of my life.

    I will document every Little detail i my trainingprogram. I will measure once a week 6 different numbers: BPEL, EMG, BPFL, FMG, Vaccum length (3,0 PSI), Extended length (jes extender)

    Wish me luck - cannot wait to working towards this goal. And I look forward to reading your success stories, in times where a motivation feeling is needed.

    Welcome Narcissors. How does your size (which is average or slightly above average) negatively affect your mental health? It sounds to me like you would want to spend most of you time working on your confidence and sexual techniques.

    For you penis related goal I think you would do well with a beginner's routine (see the "Start Here" link on the top left for good info) and a focus on stamina and perhaps even a Male-Multiple-Orgasm (MMO) routine.
