  • A difficult story, i need some advices

Hi, i'm 32 years old man.
Excuse in advance if my english is not perfect.

5 years ago i had peyronie's disease and a long hard way started.

I will not talk here about all my treatments and drugs that i've taken for this disease because i don't want to talk anymore about these.

Unfortunaly i suffer also of CPPS (chronic pain pelvic syndrome) that causes a very frequent stimulus to urinate.
For this reason i couldn't use extender or pump vacuum in the past to regain the girth lost because of peyronie's.
If i use traction device or pump vacuum, my CPPS worsens.
I tried also some jelquing session but my stimulus to urinate worsens.

The only stratagem that seems to work is to use medical anal cones when i do jelquing: in fact these anal cones impede the automatic process of iper contraction of the levator anal muscle and the irritation of nerves included in that area that start when i stretch penis (i don't know WHY this process happens, but it happens in my case).

So, can you advice a PE programm for my unusual case?

Peyronie's has changed drammatically my life and also CPPS is a very bad and strange disease.

Actually my penis is 13 cm erect with a girth of 11-11,5 cm in erection.

Thanks very much for the attention...

    Welcome aboard Arkanoid!
Peyronie's Disease, ugh. I am so sorry.
Your case sounds rather complicated. What has your urologist told you?
By the way, your English is excellent!
    What are Anal Cones?
    Yarrr!

Anal cones are cones that are used to stretch the anus and the muscles included when there is an anal muscular hypertone.
CPPS is almost always associated at an hypertone of pelvic floor.

I don't see an urologist since 2-3 years.

Urologists have not been useful to solve my peyronie.
