Thread: New to PE... Looking for head girth !

    Hey what's up.

    I'm new to PE and was wondering what would get me best results for head girth?

    My girth at the base is around 5.75 and mid shaft at around 5.5 but the head is only 5. I want to even this out a bit so what would the best excercises be?

    Hey guys what's up.

    Decided i'm finally going to start this in the next week and hopefully change my penis health for good.

    When I'm at 100% EQ i'm around 7.25 bpel and 5.5 msg. (Although I need to measure again to see what I am now as that was a while ago I measured and am rarely at 100%)

    I want to improve my head girth though as that is only 5 inches. Also i'm looking to seriously improve my EQ as i'm only 70/80% just now. I've decided to quit porn for 2016 so hopefully that helps improve it.

    Hi Average J. I have heard that holding the blood in the glans for 10 seconds at the end of the Jelq will lead to growth in size over time. Although glans gains come more slowly than shaft gains. I've also heard that the glans can NOT take as much pressure as the shaft, so you have to even more cautiously than with general PE. And successful PE is already about being slow and safe. If you haven't already, take a look at the threads in "Start here". Sounds like you are looking for a beginner routine for a few months to condition your penis. At that point you can safely look into exercises focusing Stamina (like edging) for better EQ, some girth exercises, and a jelq-hold to increase your glans. Read up on physiological indicators (PI's) so that you stay safe.

    Even longer squeeze holds where the blood expands the head is better. Mine has increased with shaft expansion and now measures 6 inches around corona which may be a little more than my overall girth increase so it can be done...just takes time.

    How long has it taken you to from 7x5 to 8x6.25?

    I found ulis very good as a relatively simple exercise for head girth. I have the opposite problem to you though, i have a massive head and the rest just follows :P

    You've got to pretty good even taper. You don't want to mess that up.

    If anything keep working on overall girth and that taper should even out over time.
