I first discovered pegym a few months back and I've visited the website maybe once or twice a month but I wasn't sure because I was worried about injuries and a lot of people say it doesn't work. The thing that made me actually get serious was the anecdotal evidence. I don't imagine thousands of people would visit a forum if it didn't work. I only had one more issue, I do nofap (hence the username) so I thought I couldn't take part without jerking it.
After a while of searching I've found a routine that fits nicely with nofap. So I'm very excited to get started. I haven't yet measured girth but I measured length and I'm starting around 7".My end goal right now is 8.5" but I may increase or decrease this in the future. As far as girth goes I will need to measure before I make any goals.
So that's me, I'm excited to get started.

Remember to start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones
