There is a lot to learn. I suggest that you begin with JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine and that you start a log thread on the Progress forum to help keep yourself motivated and organized.

Hello. Also take a look at the "Start Here" link at the top left of the page. There are many useful threads, such as Physiologica Indicators (PI's) that your body uses to tell you if you are doing effective exercise or hurting yourself.
