'Elo there,
So I started PE about 1 year ago. While I can't say it's been completely life changing, I can say that my length and girth has increased, although my length has shown a larger improvement.
I started doing wet jelqs for about 3 months and saw improvement in both departments. I quickly platued though, so I switched to dry jelqing and edging ever other day for about 6 months. I've focused on maintaining a 70% erection level because I've read that this will benefit girth more. This seems to have had an inverse effect though, as my length has continued to increase while my girth has hit a standstill.
Does anyone have any ideas of what I could do for my girth? A routine change as well as the introduction of clamping seems like it could be very beneficial but I want someone who's experienced to point me in the right direction. Thanks!

Have you looked through the links on the Top Performers page (linked from the "StartHere" page)? Many talk about what they did while they increased girth.
I saw a lot of squeezes, higher-erection-level jelqs, bundled stretches, clamping, edging.

After one year of PE you should be fairly well conditioned to move on to advanced exercises. Here are some threads to help you out.
