Hello everyone! This is my first day here and I'm ecstatic about what I've read(some great stories, routines and basically.. mandatory information). I will start off with this routine: https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html
My current measurements are:
BPEL: 6"3'
EG: 5"
I'm not really sure what my expectation should be.. but a BPEL of 6"7' in 3 months would be very satisfying.Last edited by tricky.web; 01-04-2016 at 12:41 PM.

Welcome aboard!
I'm glad to see that you have been doing a little research and found a beginner routine. Keep reading, there is a lot to learn. Start off slow and focus on safety and you will do fine. If there is anything you don't understand make you ask, we are very helpful here.
Your 3 month goal is doable if you stay dedicated and consistent.
Good luck and always PE safely. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Thank you, Cavalier.
Thanks to one kind soul, I found out that I did my measurements wrong. BPEL is 6"3' so I set my objective to 6"7'

Hey Trickey!
Welcome to the Gym.
Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones
Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to
Good luck on your PE journey, PE safely! MValued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
