    I've been extremely insecure about my penis ever since I can Remember. It's sadly altered my life. I've missed out on sex with multiple beautiful females ,and my penis has indirectly ruined relationships.(insecurities). It is 5.75 inches when hard. When it's extremely hard and I push the fat back it can be 6. But it looks pathetic to me and skinny !I've had girls tell me it's huge. Like my current gf. I think she's serious But In My head I thinks she's just being nice. Realistically. How much bigger can get. If I had a 6.5 inch penis i would be ecstatic. If someone said I will give you a 7 inch erect penis for 10,000$ I would do it in a second. I've always needed to get drunk to even have sex and get hard. Now I need viagra. My ex gf we dated a year and we never even had sex as I only could last 3 pumps.than she said it was so small to someone when we broke up. I ordered the x30 water pump. How long does it take to see an inch improvement. If I'm 5.75 now. Is there any way I could reach 7 inches down the road ? Thanks all for any and all help im so excited about this journey !

    First off your soldier is normal size so don't sweat it..and second, when a guy and a chick break up sometimes the chick says hurtful stuff. And they say shit like, man he has a small dick! Or man he can't last more then the pumps! that's how females are. And if she didn't like it she wouldn't of stayed a year. so you shouldn't care about what she said and just laugh it off..women are hurtful creatures..lmao..and nobody can say how or how much you will gain. We're all different and grow at different rates and speed..just remember do this for yourself and only you and be CONSISTENT! not a week on 2 weeks off.. but be consistent and don't rush it..or you could hurt yourself and slow down your progress.never good..and yes you could definitely hit 7" but how long will it take nobody knows the answer for that.. good luck..PEACE!!

      Welcome to the site! And best of luck to you! First off sorry about your circumstance, people can be hurtful when they are vulnerable. Anyways keep your head up. Anyways your normal man 5 is like world average and you only lasting 3 strokes means it was super tight 👍.

        Like the others said, you've got Small Penis Syndrome - meaning your dick is perfectly fine, while your brain refuses to accept it. If you measure 5.75" NBPEL without pushing the ruler in, that is indeed a damn fine size. A lot of guys don't have that due to that pesky beer gut or a naturally large fat pad, so your girlfriend is likely just being truthful. So put some trust in her, you'll feel better. And if you can kill of those unwarranted insecurities, you'll be even better off

          Its absolutely entirely possible that you can reach 7"! Just don't make the mistake of trying to rush things, you will get there exactly when you are meant to get there.

            Hey Falco!

            Welcome to the Gym.

            I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

            Pick one of the beginner routines and continue with it fo 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

            Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones

            Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

              I'll tell you what I plan on telling all the new, insecure members from now on:

              I started at about 4.6 BPEL, was overweight, had super-excessive body hair, crooked teeth, a plain at best face,terrible posture, low self-esteem,super high anxiety, and dismal social skills. To back it up, my emotional issues were the obstacle that prevented me from going after what I really wanted in life.

              I did very poorly in school since I had self-esteem issues, depression, no motivation,etc. Teachers were often convinced that I was stupid. I was the guy that the popular kids payed girls money to dance with as a joke so I would think I was cool. I got rejected by every girl I ever liked and had trouble making friends. I was the guy the cool kids beat the shit out of growing up, and I adopted a victim mentality.

              I eventually resolved to rise above my circumstances through sheer effort. I am still just on the start of my journey, but I have decided to work my ass off all day every single day to create the life I want and become the person I want to be.

              Rome wasn't built in a day, and the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Just be patient, consistent, and safe. You will achieve your goals.

              I still haven't changed a lot of those things about me, but now, at least I try everyday. I went from being a self-loathing tv/internet addict to someone deeply invested in personal development, and I'm still working on that. I went from being overweight to being in average shape, and I'm still working on that. I went from being borderline illiterate to being able to read and write at a much higher level than anyone ever expected from me, and I'm still working on that. I'm a lot smarter today than I was a few years ago, and I'm still working on that. I started at about 4.6 BPEL and today I'm over 5 inches, and I'm still working on that.

              You know maybe someday I'll even be as big as you are now,but I'm still working on that. You've apparently had opportunities with beautiful women but let your insecurities wreck things. Don't worry; that's a learning experience. I'm still working on being attractive enough to get my foot in the door with women I like. Maybe someday, one will actually say yes. For now, I'm just trying to get a little better each day and become the man I want to be.

              You can do the same. Human beings are strong because we have the ability to change ourselves.

                Okay I haven't measured in a while. When I press it to the bone and I'm a good hard it gets to almost 6..25. That's essentially pushing the fat back. Once I lose weight will this be the normal size ? I'm pretty excited about this. If I don't press it to the bone im 5:75. When I have sex with girls I usually push the fat back anyway during doggy so I didn't no I was going them over 6 inches.!! I really happy. Do penis surveys go by measuring when it's pressed to the bone or just normal ? Do I say my is 6.25 or 5.75? Thanks all

                      Hey Falco, welcome aboard my friend. You see yourself everyday, either in the mirror, or on the can so that what you have is what you always have had. Others see you from a different perspective and different angle. Around here we measure strictly by the bone pressed method as it provides a reliable and consistent measurement. That said, your BPEL at 6.25 is actually ABOVE average and not something to sneeze at. So the comments from he girls were sincere (except for the ex) in that you are big. Girth at 5" is also a winner so you have a perfect starting point to move forward.

                      As not2big mentioned, start reading, pick a program and start training. Don't measure yourself everyday as the gains are slow and we don't want you to get discouraged. Make measurement day a goal. Set a date, in the future say 3 months that you will re-measure and check it against your starting base line measurements provided here. Don't over train, you can hurt yourself. Be patient, committed and remember, it is a marathon, not the 100 yard dash.

                          6 inches is slightly above average according to most studies. That means at least half the men out there have even smaller penises.
